I took a bus this morning
I took a bus this morning, bus 2 from regent walk at about 8:12, the driver was so rude and he is a racist. I bought all week ticket from him and he didn’t mention to me that he didn’t have the ticket holder, I ask for a refund he also refused intead he was shouting and raising his voice at me because am black. I am highly disappointed at the kind of drivers first bus employs to work for them.

Horrible experience. The bus smelt awful and the seat I was sitting on was wet. My trousers were wet and smelt revolting when I got off. Makes me cringe thinking about it. Won’t be using ever again.

i use bus 24 in Sheffield
i use bus 24 in Sheffield , there are 4 busses every hour ! of 4 buses that should arrive in 1 hour is comming only 1, sometimes 2 . I wait for the buss about 35-40 min sometimes more ! but i should wait 15 maximum ! after a long waiting the buseses coming 2 at the same time ! my wife use 24 bus as well and sometimes she run to catch the bus and when she have 1 more meter to the door , the driver close the door and live !

Well done First Bus, following my review yesterday that I was appalled that, following the closure of part of the Henry Cort bus road between Fareham and Gosport that both E1 and E2 buses had been rerouted to the Fareham Road. I have seen several buses today coming along Tichborne Way. So pleased.

Why can’t I get a bus to work Leeds City Centre to get to work for 6am on a Saturday and Sunday morning.
The bus company doesn’t think people work early on a weekend they just cater for people who work Monday-Friday.

Just took 1hr 10 mins from Brighouse to Bradford, horrendous, no service whatsoever, all been cut, don’t turn up, turn up late, can’t get on cos too full!!!

do passengers ride with their eyes shut ....am i the only person noticing the trend towards going through red lights. here in bristol first buses do it all the time.
yesterday the driver actually ignored the acompanying Firstbus observer who kept telling him he was going through red lights and i do mean it was showing red BEFORE he passed it. the observer herself seemed totally disinterested apart from uttering a reminder to him which was duly ignored
their buses regularly run red lights at the Lawrence hill lidle store, ive very nearly been swiped by them twice as Ive pulled away on the green light and found a bus crossing my path.
i'll post footage on you tube soon, look out for it. if First were prepared to address this then it wouldn't be happening in past years....would it?

Bad, road work block the buss stop. When to second bus stop. The bus didn't even stop. Drivers ignore and first bus never responds to any thing.

First(Carp)Bus what an inaffective service they offer. The Bristol number 1 service from Broomhill, has a fixed 11 cancellation per day until March 2023, then on top of that you have the ghost buses which dont turn up either. Quite frankly FirstBus Bristol, you may as well drop this service. FirstBus say they have no Drivers, but they pick up the NEW M4 metro bus service, how can they be awarded this when they cannot run thier existing services??????

Terrible service. Bus time scheduled at 22:09 on the V1 route in Manchester with an expected time of 22:28. With this we started to walk, after about 10mns the bus drove past us, the display board was wrong. This guided busway is a complete shambles.

Probably the worst customer experience and public transport system I've ever had the displeasure of using.
Rude drivers who dont signal when passengers should approach the bus when ready. Instead drives off and lays the blame on you.
Scheduled buses that also never arrive. For the price that they charge you'd expect at least a crumb of decent quality.

The Rail AIr Bus service Reading to Heathrow is great.
The First Bus website for purchasing tickets for Rail Air is outrageously bad. I paid for a return ticket, money was taken and NO ticket received. I complain, no reply, I ask for my ticket, no reply, days later still no reply and no ticket? The wait time on phone is 50 minutes so i used both online messaging and email to try and get my ticket, nothing nothing nothing. I am sure it is not legal to take a payment and not give the ticket purchased and have NO reasonable mechanism to respond to such a situation, leaves user high and dry

Driver 520821 mark is definitely in the right job, meeting him for the first time, he is an asset to your company. He has wonderful customer service, he faces each customer with a smile and he is a very happy, pleasant person. We are from Cardiff and travelled with mark in saundersfoot and look forward to seeing him again. Well done mark!
Chelmsford has an awful service
Chelmsford has an awful service, we have two different bus routes near to home, the 54b and the 56, I used the app and the first 54b bus was due at 17. 20. The bus stop is a minute walk from home. Got to the stop at 17.10 checked the app and it said the bus was due, but by 17.30 the app is saying the next bus was due. Never turned up. We walked five minutes to catch the 56,which was due at 17.40,again the app saying it was due, by 17.50 no bus we waited another 10 minutes and finally gave up and had to get a taxi, which only took five minutes to get to us. Can't rely on first bus to get you anywhere.
Terrible service
First bus bristol are terrible. Two buses didn't turn up Friday and Monday and their live timetable didn't work. As I has places to be by a certain time I has to get taxis. Not happy also they have changed the times for the next buses due to later. Not good
