I've been a subscriber for many years and had nothing but excellent customer service. The website can be frustrating when all links send you to a chat function that rarely helps. However the WhatsApp service is excellent and speedy to give support.

I have had a longstanding subscription with FFS for razor blades. Needed to replace my handle (which is ancient/ lasted a very long time). Holly was prompt, friendly and helpful when requesting to add this to my next delivery. Highly recommend FFS. They are a great company with great customer service.

Holly was great - I had a problem with the QR codes on the packaging and she was so quick to respond on WhatsApp and sort out the issue.
Love the products too so would highly recommend this brand.

I needed help with my subscription as I had got it wrong being 71 and hopeless online I contacted ffs on WhatsApp the young lady I messaged was Holly she phoned me straight away when I explained my problem she was so nice explaining things the way I understood with patience and understanding Holly sorted everything out there and then Holly was friendly polite and very helpful solving my problem efficiently

A free trial came from another purchase I made so I thought great have a try. Biggest mistake! I opted for the every three months with the notion I would not have to pay anything for three months unless I agreed and would give me time to try the product then cancel. For cancellation I looked everywhere to could not find that option. No cancellation process information any where on the website so I emailed customer service they said they can cancel but can't refund have to go to WhatsApp to do that. Explained five times I wanted to discuss over email. Ms Higgins has ignored me ever since. Now I am short £18.89 for products that are no better than a any high street razor you can get for less than five pounds. I have not agreed for this money to be taken and want it back immediately. The instructions are not clear, I feel hoodwinked and feel ffs misrespresnt. The business model feels like a scam

Had a subscription for a while now and today was the first delivery incomplete, customer service through watsapp was really quick, helpful and friendly. Sorted out the missing item without any issue - all despite it being a busy festive time!

These regular deliveries are so convenient, & when I did have an issue (courier company said a package was delivered when it hadn't been), I contacted Customer Services & Holly sorted out a replacement pack immediately. Really good service, I recommend FFS.

Amazingly helpful customer service. I’d accidentally renewed my subscription so I contacted them to cancel and they refunded me the full amount, I’d not even asked for that or expected it. Holly was so helpful. Genuinely one of the best companies I have dealt with.

Had a few things from here now all amazing!! But last package hasn’t arrived.. just messaged them through WhatsApp and had excellent customer service from Sarah, she dealt with it quickly
And has sent a replacement out straight away with a 2 day delivery slot!

I received my order when I opened the it I noticed that gift box I ordered as a present had a different coloured razor to what I ordered in it, I got in contact with FFS what’s app to voice my issue. I got a reply almost instantly from Nikki who managed to sort out my problem pretty much instantly by offering to send me out the correct coloured razor. Normally I am not one to message about if I get the wrong thing (it’s a razor) but this was for and extra present for my partner and I he would have like the colour I got sent but he would be over the moon with it in the orange colour that I ordered. I am very grateful for how quick and easy it was dealt with. Thank you top class service !

Don’t trust this company. Look fantastic were offering a deal where you purchase a razor for the price of the postage. I requested to cancel the reoccurring subscription and cancel more razors being sent. My request was sent almost a week before I was due to receive the second batch of razors. Jessica Higgins in customer service kept fobbing off my requests to cancel the second order and said they “were looking into it” despite several chases they still sent the items and charged me. I was still receiving notification emails the order was being processed days after requesting to cancel.
Then I was passed to Holly who refused to refund me with a response of “once it’s in their system it’s too late” another fob off, a week’s notice shouldn’t be too late if they had actually acted on my initial request. The other option I’m offered is to return the item for a refund at my own expense for their error.
The razors aren’t anything special to be honest and they aren’t worth the money either. Which is why they have to scam you out of subscriptions because the products don’t sell themselves.
I can tell a lot of their reviews on here are fake too. Hopefully Trust pilot verifies these people have actually purchased something from them 😬
