Relación calidad precio

No està mal pero no tiene nada de especial, relación calidad precio no vale la pena, al usarla las cuchillas se llenan y es difícil de limpiar, es pesado,el único punto a favor es que se puede reciclar ♻️ pero claro está, comprando recambios!

Hey, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the razor has not hit the mark for you.
The handle is designed to feel sturdy in the hand and the blades have a safety guard which can make them feel different to lighter, open cartridges. They should still rinse clean under running water, so if yours is clogging, I would love to take a look and get that sorted for you.
Our recycling programme is there to make disposal easier, but you should never feel pushed into buying replacements if the product is not working as it should.

WhatsApp for customer service

I've been a subscriber for many years and had nothing but excellent customer service. The website can be frustrating when all links send you to a chat function that rarely helps. However the WhatsApp service is excellent and speedy to give support.

I have had a longstanding subscription…

I have had a longstanding subscription with FFS for razor blades. Needed to replace my handle (which is ancient/ lasted a very long time). Holly was prompt, friendly and helpful when requesting to add this to my next delivery. Highly recommend FFS. They are a great company with great customer service.

Great customer service

Holly was great - I had a problem with the QR codes on the packaging and she was so quick to respond on WhatsApp and sort out the issue.
Love the products too so would highly recommend this brand.

I…Great customer service

I needed help with my subscription as I had got it wrong being 71 and hopeless online I contacted ffs on WhatsApp the young lady I messaged was Holly she phoned me straight away when I explained my problem she was so nice explaining things the way I understood with patience and understanding Holly sorted everything out there and then Holly was friendly polite and very helpful solving my problem efficiently

A free trial came from another purchase…

A free trial came from another purchase I made so I thought great have a try. Biggest mistake! I opted for the every three months with the notion I would not have to pay anything for three months unless I agreed and would give me time to try the product then cancel. For cancellation I looked everywhere to could not find that option. No cancellation process information any where on the website so I emailed customer service they said they can cancel but can't refund have to go to WhatsApp to do that. Explained five times I wanted to discuss over email. Ms Higgins has ignored me ever since. Now I am short £18.89 for products that are no better than a any high street razor you can get for less than five pounds. I have not agreed for this money to be taken and want it back immediately. The instructions are not clear, I feel hoodwinked and feel ffs misrespresnt. The business model feels like a scam

Hey Tracy, thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but I’d like to clarify how the trial and subscription work. Our free trial automatically activates a recurring blade subscription. This is clearly stated at checkout, including a tick box that must be selected before proceeding. It also explains that the trial kit contains one blade only, and that the first refill pack is sent 14 days later unless the subscription is cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account portal or by contacting us through any method listed on our contact page, including email. I can confirm you contacted us on the 27th, and your subscription and order were cancelled the same day. We understand subscriptions aren’t for everyone, but our terms are clearly communicated before purchase. If you need any further clarification, we’re happy to help. Thanks, FFS x

Had a subscription for a while now and…

Had a subscription for a while now and today was the first delivery incomplete, customer service through watsapp was really quick, helpful and friendly. Sorted out the missing item without any issue - all despite it being a busy festive time!

Great customer service: even in busy season

These regular deliveries are so convenient, & when I did have an issue (courier company said a package was delivered when it hadn't been), I contacted Customer Services & Holly sorted out a replacement pack immediately. Really good service, I recommend FFS.

Amazingly helpful customer service

Amazingly helpful customer service. I’d accidentally renewed my subscription so I contacted them to cancel and they refunded me the full amount, I’d not even asked for that or expected it. Holly was so helpful. Genuinely one of the best companies I have dealt with.

Excellent!

Had a few things from here now all amazing!! But last package hasn’t arrived.. just messaged them through WhatsApp and had excellent customer service from Sarah, she dealt with it quickly
And has sent a replacement out straight away with a 2 day delivery slot!
Products are amazing!
Customer service is amazing!
Highly recommend!

First class service

I received my order when I opened the it I noticed that gift box I ordered as a present had a different coloured razor to what I ordered in it, I got in contact with FFS what’s app to voice my issue. I got a reply almost instantly from Nikki who managed to sort out my problem pretty much instantly by offering to send me out the correct coloured razor. Normally I am not one to message about if I get the wrong thing (it’s a razor) but this was for and extra present for my partner and I he would have like the colour I got sent but he would be over the moon with it in the orange colour that I ordered. I am very grateful for how quick and easy it was dealt with. Thank you top class service !

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. Look fantastic were offering a deal where you purchase a razor for the price of the postage. I requested to cancel the reoccurring subscription and cancel more razors being sent. My request was sent almost a week before I was due to receive the second batch of razors. Jessica Higgins in customer service kept fobbing off my requests to cancel the second order and said they “were looking into it” despite several chases they still sent the items and charged me. I was still receiving notification emails the order was being processed days after requesting to cancel.

Then I was passed to Holly who refused to refund me with a response of “once it’s in their system it’s too late” another fob off, a week’s notice shouldn’t be too late if they had actually acted on my initial request. The other option I’m offered is to return the item for a refund at my own expense for their error.

The razors aren’t anything special to be honest and they aren’t worth the money either. Which is why they have to scam you out of subscriptions because the products don’t sell themselves.

I can tell a lot of their reviews on here are fake too. Hopefully Trust pilot verifies these people have actually purchased something from them 😬

Hey Elizabeth, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we do need to clarify a few points.
The Look Fantastic offer is a free trial, and this is stated clearly multiple times before checkout. It also requires customers to actively confirm they understand that a recurring subscription will follow, including ticking a box to accept the terms.
Our records show your second order was processed on 2 December. We received your first cancellation request on 4 December, after the order had already entered processing. At that stage, we were unable to stop it from being dispatched. This is why our team advised that the remaining option was a return for a refund, in line with our returns policy.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, but no charges were taken without consent, and the subscription terms were clearly presented at the point of purchase.
Regarding reviews, all Trustpilot reviews are left by real customers, and many are verified purchases. We’re proud of the feedback we receive and the community we’ve built.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and helpful, and we stand by both our products and our processes. Thanks, FFS x
