Great wax strips

These were sent as a Freebie which I wasn’t expecting, the size is perfect for my top lip making them easy to use and the wax grip is great. I’ll definately be recommending them to friends as well as purchasing them

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. I had paused my subscription and suddenly was charged at 5am on a Sunday with no prior warning. I emailed immediately to cancel the order that had gone through without my consent and was told there is nothing they can do. Zero communication about my subscription restarting, just took my money! I was polite in asking for resolution but received generic responses once again stating that this they don't send reminder emails before an order is automatically placed. AVOID.
Usually customer service would be helpful in finding a resolution but not here.

Hi Saskia, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’ve taken a proper look into your account to understand what happened.
The only correspondence we’ve ever received before your latest email was over four months ago, when you asked for your payment date to be changed. This was updated for you at the time. Since then, we’ve had no further messages from you and no changes were made to your subscription in the portal. All upcoming subscription dates and charges are always visible in your account. This is where you can pause, skip, change dates or cancel at any time. Because no adjustments were made, the renewal went ahead as scheduled. I understand this wasn’t what you expected and I’m sorry it caught you off guard. We’ll always help where we can, but in this case the order had already left our warehouse when you contacted us. That’s why we offered the next best solution, which is a full refund once the parcel is returned to us.
We’re here to support you and make your subscription as flexible as possible, and if you ever need help managing it, our team is only a message away. Thanks, FFS x

I had a code for money off and I had…

I had a code for money off and I had ordered without using the code (you know those days where your brain is just mush) I got in touch with customer service and they refunded the difference!I thought there no chance they will as it was my mistake!then I got an email saying they may be behind on deliveries,but it still arrive in the time frame stated,so you know they're working heard to get the orders out! To clear this up, our Trial Kit is very clearly shown on the product page and throughout checkout as starting a recurring subscription. Before you pay, we explain that your order is part of an ongoing plan and show the date and amount of your next charge.
There is no lock in. You are not tied into a contract. You can manage everything yourself in your online account portal. That includes cancelling, pausing, skipping a box or changing how often you receive blades.
If you ever struggle to find something, our team can also help via email, WhatsApp or live chat and can action changes for you. Thanks, Team FFS x

Applied for ‘free’ product

Applied for ‘free’ product. Paid for delivery but inadvertently agreed to subscription service. Debited my account 2 weeks later and wanted to send products I didn’t want or need. Contacted through the WhatsApp service and emailed twice with no response at all. Noted they’d cancelled the payment but didn’t reply to my messages. I suspect this happens a lot. Eventually had an email 4 days later to say payment cancelled.

When you ordered your Trial Kit, the subscription details are shown clearly throughout the checkout, including that the first recurring charge happens 14 days after your initial order. We highlight this several times so everything is easy to understand before you complete the purchase.
I can see your payment was cancelled, but I’d like to look into the messages you mentioned because you should always receive a reply. Please confirm your details via the request so I can check what happened with your WhatsApp and email conversations. Thanks, FFS x

So I’ve been a subscriber for years

So I’ve been a subscriber for years - it’s cheap and convenient - and had an issue with an order. Spoke to Holly and she quickly noticed I had misspelt my email (doh!) and sorted it all out for me super quickly. Can’t fault FFS at all.

Very sneaky on the subscription

Very sneaky on the subscription. Signed up for every 3 months so was very surprised to see 2 weeks after 1st I had been charged for next delivery... Which included things I didn't use or want. Very disappointing they sent it out even although I told them the items were of no use to me. Cost me £3 to return it. Who knows if and when I'll be refunded. Told them to cancel the subscription too. Just puts you off when you don't even get the chance to choose what's in your next delivery! *Thanks for your reply, it was clear enough thanks, blades would have been fine but you really should allow customers to choose what else they receive along with them. As I said I had no use for the other items.

I am sorry your subscription caught you off guard, that is never the experience we want for anyone.We do make it clear on the website before you proceed to payment that your next order will be charged 14 days after the trial set, as your trial set only comes with 1 blade, and this will not last till your next delivery in 3 months time.
Our plans can be fully managed from your account, including skipping or changing items, but I can see this has not come across clearly for you. I understand how frustrating that feels. Once your return reaches us, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method. If you have already asked to cancel, we will make sure that is sorted too.
If you are unsure about anything or want us to check your refund status, just get in touch. We are here to help. Team ffs 💕

Great Customer Service

I had to contact FFS about my order, and Holly was absolutely amazing. She kept me completely up to date about my order and was so friendly and helpful. I haven't used the strips yet but I am looking forward to it.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service-orders the trial pack however the razor handle wasn’t quite right for me as i found it too heavy- subscription was cancelled with ease they were very understanding. I then ordered a mystery bundle and a soap bundle as i still wanted to support a lovely business and when i was accidentally sent the mini mystery instead of the mega,i made holly aware and i immediately have two more items being dispatched out to me within minutes of letting them know. Brilliant customer service from her genuinely kind and helpful such a credit to the company. Will definitely be ordering again 💕

Good customer service

I’ve been a customer for about 5 years - my razor handle broke and I contacted customer service to purchase a new one. Nikki ordered one for me free of charge! Great service.

Quality product, excellent service

Quality product! 6 years in, my razor handle has started to show some wear and isn’t holding the blade properly, emailed them a photo and they’ve already sent a free replacement! Warranty for the win! Thanks FFS

Super helpful customer service

Spoke with Nikki regarding swapping a product for an order I forgot to skip due to already having an excess amount of blades. She made it super easy to do so and it was sorted extremely quickly. Thank you!

Amazing customer service from Nikki

I’ve been using FFS since 2022 and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The products are great quality, and the subscription makes everything so easy.
I recently had an issue with my razor handle and got in touch with customer service. Nikki was absolutely amazing, so helpful, friendly and quick to respond. She arranged a free replacement razor for me straight away, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find a company with products this good and customer service that genuinely cares. Thank you again, especially to Nikki! Highly recommend.

Razor

My razor broke so I got in touch with ffs. Nikki was very kind and sweet. She promptly dealt with all my queries and was very patient with me and I've got a new razor coming.
