Been getting razor blades delivered for a few years now. My razor handle has just broken, on contacting them through WhatsApp Holly was a great help and solved my issue quickly and effectively. Great razor at an amazing price

I’ve been using FFS since they began and haven’t used a different razor brand since!
I’ve had a couple of new handles in that time but they have literally lasted years! I’ve never had one break and I’ve completely used them in!
I ordered myself a new one recently and when it arrived, the soft interior of the handle wasn’t fixed properly into the hard, outer part of the handle. This was a first, as everything is usually tip-top, but the occasional faulty item can slip through the net here or there.
I contacted FFS customer service and was helped by Holly, who was friendly and efficient and organised a replacement with no fuss.
This is the first time I’ve had to have customer support as FFS run a quality ship, and this obviously includes their customer service too!

FFS has totally changed my life in the way of routine and freshness (not that I wasnt fresh before haha)
I absolutely love love love their products and you wont see me buying anywhere else from now on.
Even my husband has got his gift kit and he wont use anywhere else either!
The blades are so smooth and coupled woth the sweet berry shower and shave omg its an experience that works too well !
We now have the water and wine bottle, loafers x8 I mean they are on sale at 25p who can resist that!!
I have the tanning drops which I am yet to try and nearly everything off the site I have bought haha!

Dealt with a lady called Holly who was super helpful and responded quickly. I’d accidentally put the wrong shipping address and she promptly sorted that out. Haven’t tried the product yet but I was impressed with the offer a the monthly price.

Really love their products, I have been using them for a while now. I Recently tried the glide and shave cream and it’s so nice.
Spoke to customer support recently about my subscriptions and Holly was really helpful and responded really quickly.

I have had a subscription for several years with no problems. Suddenly in December they took double the amount of money out of my bank and claim that I have set up another subscription. I have not set up anything further and would have no need for 2 subscriptions.
FFS have refused to give a refund and refuse to accept any responsibility. Currently claiming for a refund through my bank. Had to cancel my card with my bank so they can’t take anymore money!
My response to the reply below - there’s no confusion on my end, it does not say I have 2 subscriptions when I log in and it never has done. Any additional subscriptions have been set up by you. I have asked several times now for you to cancel ALL subscriptions so why are you saying you can cancel the additional one? They should ALL already be cancelled. I have cancelled my bank card so that you cannot continue to rob me! Wish I’d never ordered anything at this point
