Reliable and fuss free

Been using FFS for years. It's been really hassle free and easy to use. Easy to change how often you get subscriptions online or ship orders sooner if needed. Communication is efficient and deliveries are always reliable. Customer service from Nikki was great the one time I needed to get in touch.

Customer service :)

I needed a new handle after having mine for a few years. I spoke to Holly on the customer service team about the issues I was having with the handle and she added a new one to my next refill instantly, free of charge. I love everything about FFS, but the fact that i got to speak with a person regarding issies not a robot was 10/10😊

The best razor I have ever used & just…

The best razor I have ever used & just introduced my Husband to them.
Lovely products, fast delivery & if you have any issues they are so fast at getting back to you & resolved my issue straight away.
Shout out to Holly she is definitely a credit to the team.
Fantastic all round.

A " free gift " turned into giant unwanted order

A " free gift " bonus for ordering over a certain amount at Cult that's now cost me over £20... couldn't cancel it immediately and then they send next shipment within weeks. Who needs a whole new multi pack of refills weeks after PLUS more shave cream PLUS wax strips. Clearly a scheme designed to lure you in and then max out a reorder you never wanted. Also no one click unsubscribe as you have to contact customer services... So annoyed I fell for this.

As a response to the FFS reply - yes it's all there. And all the onus is on the customer. Wait seven days. Contact customer service. Classic one click buy and many steps to undo. Also who changes blades after one use in a week that they need an immediate refill? Also why is the default tye most expensive refill package with many razors and more cream and wax strips? Tbh if it was just a £5 razor refill wouldnt be such an issue but charging immediate for a whole £20 feel deliberate.

Hey Veronika, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this felt. Just to clarify how the offer works. When you claim the free gift through Cult Beauty, you’re then taken to our website to complete the sign up. During that process, the recurring refill plan is confirmed several times before checkout. Customers choose their refill frequency and it clearly states that the first refill order is scheduled after 14 days. The reason for the 14 day timing is because the trial kit only includes one blade. The idea is to give you time to try the razor first, without the risk of running out if you decide you like it. We always suggest giving the razor a try for around 7 days before making any changes, but after that you can adjust, delay or cancel your refill plan through your account. All of this information is shown during the sign up journey on our website. That said, if anything ever feels unclear we’re always happy to help. Our customer service team can be reached via email, WhatsApp, or phone, so there are plenty of ways to get in touch if you need support. Should you need any further help, please do reach out to us. Excellent products and service

I’ve subscribed to ffs for a few years now and find their products high quality and reasonably priced. My subscription is easy to manage and I love trying their new, and expanding, product range. Their customer service is excellent and after a recent issue with my delivery Holly resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. FFS is highly recommended by me

Great customer service from Holly

Great customer service from Holly - Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address but Holly swiftly ordered another to be sent. I then got the package brought round by someone and Holly responded promptly and cancelled the new order. Friendly, polite and quick to respond. Razor is great too!

Finding FFS was a life game changer

Finding FFS was a life game changer. Their razors are exceptional and the subscription unbelievably convenient. I have loved exploring every new product and my cabinet and shower is literally full of FFS products. I also recommend to friends as often as the conversation turns to shaving.
I have been in hospital long time recently and even had the nurses complimented the whipped soaps and the high quality of my razor. While in hospital a FFS package was delivered, but seemingly damaged in transit. It took a while for one of my friends to collect it from my flat and deliver it to me in hospital. I used their WhatsApp chat option to let them know that I received damaged goods and the problem was resolved by the lovely Holly in two text messages. Despite being well outside the usual return policy, my situation was taken into account and was handled quickly, professionally and with empathy. The customer service i received from Holly was as high as the quality of FFS products. So thank you very much

Great company and brilliant customer…

Great company and brilliant customer service ! I have been a customer for some time now and everytime if I have had any issues with delivery or something ,they have been resolved very quickly .Recently I had a little issue with my blade delivery and Holly responded within minutes and sorted it out by offering to send a replacement .

Great customer service!

Great products, so convenient, and great customer service! I wanted to swap my next blade delivery for a new handle instead as mine is old and a bit worse for wear now. I wasn’t able to do it online; I could swap the blades but for other products not a handle. I used WhatsApp to contact FFS to see if they could do it for me, and Holly replied super quickly and was more than happy to swap them! So pleased! Thank you FFS and Holly! x

Great products & great customer service

I ordered a razor and shave cream starter kit from FFS. The parcel arrived promptly and everything was great apart from the holder had been squashed in the post and was broken. I contacted FFS via WhatsApp and Holly responded within 5mins. She sent a replacement the same day and also mentioned that I might have made a mistake on my subscription order set up. She was quite right, I’d got in a muddle when deciding what to order. She sorted it all out for me, promptly and politely. No pushy sales tactics, just good customer service. Thanks Holly!
