I recently bought my fiancé her dream engagement ring from Fenton! Sijj in the concierge team was brilliant throughout the process. She explained everything from styles, sizes and types of diamonds that helped me pick the perfect ring and made sure I was updated along the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to her and the team for helping me!

I bought an engagement ring from Fenton, it was a perfect experience! The concierge team were very helpful; they talked me through all the options, and showed me various sizes for different price points. Most importantly, my fiancé loves the ring!

They also have an amazing website - by far the best of any jewellers I've seen!

I recently bought an engagement ring for my partner from Fenton. I know very little about jewellery apart from what my partner likes. I had a look around other sites and couldn’t see anything I thought she would like.

I came across Fenton by chance and am very glad I did, the range of their products instantly caught my attention. I had a virtual appointment with Sijj who showed me some rings including the ones I had said to her were of interest to me. Sijj was so helpful and knowledgeable, really straight forward and friendly, which was great for a jewellery rookie like myself. I felt very confident going ahead with the purchase after my discussion with Sijj.

Was kept in contact the whole way through the process with Sijj, making sure everything was good and I was happy. The ring came about 4.5 weeks after purchase, it’s absolutely stunning and incredible looking. Can’t wait till my partner sees it.

The Fenton team were fantastic from start to finish. After weeks of deliberating and help from Sijj I ordered and the process was very smooth. The item was ready earlier than expected and Emily was very kind and helpful in dealing with my many changes deciding when it was to be delivered. I have and will recommend Fenton to others.

The staff at Fenton know what they’re talking about, they’re quick to reply to emails and my ring was delivered safely & promptly. My only critique would be that when going to the shop itself, it would be nice to have more variety of rings to try, but I understand that the range is limited due to it being a bespoke service.

The Fenton team is fabulous. They made me the loveliest bespoke necklace and sourced an absolutely perfect stone. I would love the excuse to make another piece and I’m sure their engagement rings are as brilliant as my necklace.

They are a great company. They allow returns and changes in ring size if needed. Everything from start to finish was perfect. They are super helpful, just drop them an email and you'll find out for yourself.

From start to finish the process of buying my engagement ring was made really easy.

My contact was Claudia, and she was brilliant. Answered my emails in less than 24 hours without fail, made arrangements that suited me for payment, amended my order information whenever I needed it without any hassle.

The quality of the ring is amazing, and was delivered faster than I was expecting, which I assume was because Claudia pushed this through so efficiently.

After buying an engagement ring last year and enjoying the entire process there was only one place we would consider for our wedding bands and future jewellery purchases. Fenton have beautifully crafted pieces and every one of their team goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. Sijj has been very helpful in resolving an issue we had with the engagement ring and has also consulted us on the selection of our weddings bands for which we are grateful. From start to finish Fenton have been amazing. They have a very clear website, with the option to customise as much as you like. Great prices and ethical product. One of the rings needed resizing and they’ve been beyond helpful to ensure we will get it back before our wedding day. The packaging is lovely too.

Amazing experience from start to finish. From choosing the engagement ring, to being kept up to date with its progress and the final product being delivered, every step was made easy. Could not have been happier with the service. The ring is stunning, from a very happy Fiancé and Fiancée.

From my initial enquiry via their website the team at Fenton have been absolutely incredible. I initially had a video call with Sijj to help with a few bits I wasn't too sure about, the service and personal touch they offer is fantastic. Sijj has been an absolute star throughout this whole process and it's been a genuine pleasure to work with her over the last few months. I settled on the perfect ring during our first call and ordered it straight away. I'd already spent quite a bit of time on their website (very good website by the way...) so had a good idea of what I wanted already but it was great to talk it through with Sijj and immediately gain the confidence you really need when spending this much money online with a company you've never dealt with before. After our call I had no concerns at all and knew right away it was a pretty big decision, but definitely the right decision. Fenton's ethics and responsibility for their supply chain were also a big factor, it wouldn't have mattered how amazing the ring is, if it had come from an unsavoury source there's no way Kate would have been happy to wear it even once. I had a relatively tight deadline of around 7 weeks before we went on holiday and the team managed to turn it around and get the ring to me a few days before we went away.

And... wow! The ring is an absolute stunner, I've honestly never seen a ring like it in my life, it genuinely couldn't be more perfect. Kate has barely taken her eyes off it since the proposal and it's pretty easy to see why (even though I'm no expert), it's such a stunning piece of jewellery and so beautifully crafted. Comparing Kate's Fenton ring to high street jewellers shop windows is like night and day, I saw one in a window the other day that was a similar style and exactly the same price I paid but must have been about a third of the size and nowhere near as nice to look at! I haven't seen anything that's even in the same league. Seeing Kate's face light up every time she catches a glance of her ring makes it worth every penny and a lot more, if this ring was twice the price I paid it would still have been well worth it, this ring really is that incredible and perfect.

During our holiday we figured it was a size too big and could do with a bit of an adjustment so decided to extend our trip with a few days in London to hand deliver it back to Fenton's Mayfair HQ for resizing. While we were there we got to meet Sijj and had a lovely hour with some prosecco, picking out our wedding rings and talking about our wedding plans. It was such a pleasure to meet in person and just added yet another layer to the incredible service we've received throughout this whole process. The resizing took around a week and the ring was safely delivered back to us, perfectly sized and in a fresh new box.

I'm so incredibly happy to have had Fenton create the perfect ring and absolutely can't speak highly enough of them. I mentioned earlier the ring is in a league of its own but it's more like Fenton aren't even playing the same sport as the high street jewellers, they really are that incredible. If you're on the fence about making such a big, important purchase online without seeing the rings in person or knowing who you're dealing with then please don't be, working with Fenton has been one of the best decisions I've made in years and I can't recommend them highly enough.
