Wow! If I could afford I would buy so much more :) We got our engagement ring back in June 2023 with them and I had set my mind to get at least my wedding ring ordered with Fenton too. Both appointments were so great. My custom wedding ring is bang on what I wanted (arrived just recently - wedding only July 2027, but shows how eager I was). I'm sure after the wedding I will get another cheeky purchase or even before. The best experience, very accommodating, really good pricing (I compared through window shopping!). Very responsive. I actually feel sad that I cannot enjoy this experience again. Please go to their amazing room to try on engagement rings! So much better than a normal shop (well my opinion). Now need to sign up for the aftercare service - happy days!

A fantastic experience from start to finish!💍 Couldn’t speak more highly of Lucy who looked after us throughout the process. She was extremely professional and answered all of our queries with clarity. When deciding on a design, we changed our decision a few times - Lucy was extremely patient and made sure we settled on a design that was perfect for us.

Would certainly recommend Fenton to others, and Lucy along with the rest of the team make you feel as if you are in safe hands!

I would absolutely recommend Fentons. My fiancé loved the ring. Sunny made what could have been a stressful experience easy. Sunny took the time to explain everything and was really helpful.

Sunny was fantastic from start to finish, and our process was amazing. We met them in sept/oct provisionally last year just to try some things on, Sunny then stayed in touch, but not overbearing, and allowed me time to make all the decisions whilst being consultative, and thoughtful through the ring making process. The end product was PERFECT. My now fiancé loved the design, and it was delivered fast, ahead of our planned schedule. I cannot thank them enough.

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Fenton. We booked a consultation and we met with Lucy for the afternoon to discuss our plans, and she was so helpful, polite, and insightful which really helped the both of us!

After placing my order, Lucy kept in contact with me updating me throughout the process on how things were coming along and giving me estimates when my order would be ready. Once I received the ring I knew straight away it was perfect and crafted beautifully, and after the proposal my fiancée was also blown away!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the team at Fentons right from the initial consultation during which Tilly answered all questions and was able to show me the desired ring over a teams call. The ring was delivered early and I was kept up to date with regards to progress. Resizing process was very easy with Elena taking time to meet us and the ring was delivered earlier than expected. I have had the most amazing experience with the team at Fentons whilst ordering a bespoke engagement ring.
The Concierge, Sunny, who lead me through the process was knowledgeable, attentive and offered expert guidance via video consultation and messages, helping me choose and design the ring that would best suit my partner. The gem selection and manufacturing of the ring is to the highest of standards and was considerably expedited for my requested proposal date.
I can definitively say that Fentons is an outstanding institute of craftsmanship and quality with the rare ability to produce heirloom quality jewellery whilst maintaining excellent customer relations.

An amazing experience, the website is very easy to navigate and design options were fantastic. Booked a video call to discuss my with Su, had such a great appointment I flew over to have a face to face meeting. They had my design made out so I got to see what the final product will look like. I had a wonderful experience with Fenton. I ordered my wedding band from them, and their customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, which was a great comfort as I had left ordering the band rather late.

Needed the ring just before the advised the lead time. Asked if it come be done sooner and got a quick response. Was updated throughout and got the ring for the date I needed. The ring itself has been very well received!

The lady thay delt with me was very nice and calm and didn't rush me. She took her time and was very helpful.

The wrong earring was delivered, and they are currently working to resolve the issue. The level of customer service I have received from Susannah has been good. However, the situation has caused quite a bit of stress, as the earrings are intended as a gift for an upcoming birthday.
