Great item, better than expected.

I had an emerald trilogy ring that I had some issues with. I was contacted by Lily who was very keen to deal with the issues and make sure I had a beautiful piece of jewellery that I was 100% happy with. Lily advised me of what could be done and that a different design might work better for me. I was sent a choice of different options and I received the updated version of my original ring today. I couldn’t be happier. Fenton went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the end result, I really didn’t expect them to and can’t imagine any other company that I have dealt with doing the same. Sometimes things don’t go smoothly, but the way Fenton dealt with my situation is absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to Lily and the team and can’t wait to wear my ring again. 😊

I bought a ring online with Fenton. We had a WhatsApp consultation. It was a nice idea but it was hard to do focus the camera. However it did give me the opportunity to size the ring nicely on a finger. I then got pictures of different sizes which really helped me choose the size of the diamond I wanted. The ring came in time as promised for my trip away to pop the question. Overall really pleased with the service, can’t fault it one bit. I enjoyed the customisation and the ability to pick your own diamond out of their selection.

Great communication, very easy to talk to and discussed several options until we decided on a design. Once ordered, kept up to date with the "build" and delivery was easy.

I recently bought an engagement ring with Fenton and the experience was fantastic.

This was the first time I'd bought a 'proper' piece of jewellery and everyone I spoke to from Fenton was very helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that the team weren't pushy at all. I went to have a look at some of the rings around 6 months before (to get a feel for the different styles I could go with) and then returned to pick the actual ring and make a purchase. I was quite impressed that I wasn't bombarded with follow ups following my first visit and it made me feel positively about the whole business - I appreciated not being rushed to make a decision!

In terms of the actual purchase, I was keen to pick the stone that would be used in the ring and make sure it matched the colour I was picturing (I got a 'customisable ring' rather than a 'bespoke design'). I placed an order during an appointment and a few days later I was emailed videos of a couple of stones that matched the colour I'd requested that I could pick from. This made me feel like I'd really picked out the stone/ring I'd propose with so I was delighted this was an option! After picking the stone, I had the ring in hand less than 4 weeks later. The delivery process was excellent (I could select the day) and the packaging was lovely. The ring itself is beautiful and exactly as I'd imagined. Luckily my fiancee is delighted with it too!

Fenton is one of the best businesses I've dealt with as a consumer and I'd recommend them to anyone. My impression is that you're getting a high quality product at a fair price.

We had a couple of minor issues on my wife’s ring and it is easy for a business to be good when everything runs smoothly but in the end a business is best measured by when things don’t go well. And this is where Fenton have excelled. They have handled this exceptionally well and resolved the issue promptly.
I will definitely be returning to them moving forward.

I had previously bought my fiancées engagement ring from Fentons and found the experience, service and quality of the ring fantastic… so much so that we have ordered our wedding rings from them aswell. The concierge’s that assisted me either on video call or when we had a face to face appointment were all fantastic and were able to offer an honest professional opinion which assist in the decision making process.

From start to finish, my experience with Fenton was fantastic. My only regret is that it was all online, as I am not often in London. The Fenton team, especially Lucy and Sunny, who I engaged most with, were attentive, caring and so, so helpful. They helped me to set up my payment plan in a timely fashion, reserving the perfect stone I had selected in the meantime. From the regular updates whilst I waited for the ring to arrive, to the amazing end product itself, I can’t imagine buying our engagement ring from anyone else. The standard of the ring is impeccable. I know that my soon-to-be fiancée will wear her Fenton ring with pride until it is time to pass it on to the future generations.
