My ring turned out beautifully. They took such great care in getting all the measurements and working with me so my wedding ring would be exactly what I pictured and they gave me great advice along the way. The ring was also incredibly affordable! I was shocked when they quoted me the price as I had been quoted double that from jewellers or high street ring shops. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have both my engagement and wedding rings made by Fenton, the detail is exquisite and the service has been calm, patient and caring. Thank you for taking care of us so well!!

It was really easy dealing with everyone at Fenton; from booking an appointment, to trying different rings and then having my chosen design made for me. Great service and a beautiful ring.

I purchased my now fiancées ring from Fenton. And please don’t get me wrong the ring is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with how it looked.

What concerns me is the quality. After 1 day a diamond fell out of the halo.

The team were helpful to deal with but it’s really dampened the experience.

One year on we have had to get the claws tightened again as one came loose and the emerald rattled.

Not sure I’ll ever be 100% confident in the ring but it does look beautiful.

I discovered Fenton through the British Airways Club Avios online shop while searching for an engagement ring. Honestly, I had no idea where to start and was anxious about ending up with something fake or poor quality. Because I trust British Airways, I felt safe exploring their list of jewellers. My first attempt with another jeweller didn’t go well, but the moment I reached out to Fenton, everything changed. I was introduced to Ingrid, my concierge, who turned out to be an absolute gem. As someone with zero knowledge of jewellery, I asked every “silly” question possible, yet Ingrid patiently guided me from scratch, explained every detail, and helped me confidently choose the perfect engagement ring. The best part? My fiancée loved the ring so much that she insisted we also get our wedding bands from Fenton. Once again, Ingrid was incredibly supportive, and we couldn’t be happier with what we received. Thank you, Ingrid, and thank you, Fenton, for making such a special journey so smooth and memorable.

At the beginning, I was very nervous to find the right engagement ring for my partner but I met Ingrid. She was able to take time and to connect emotionally with me through conversations and her advise from the 6 months was outstanding. She helped me to design that One perfect ring a Trilogy with a diamond stone with Sapphires accent stones reflecting the perfect story of us.

From the beginning to the pick up, this experience at Fenton with Ingrid made a fiancée in tears of joy- she understood everything when she saw it.

I can’t highlight enough how Ingrid was able to connect with me and my partner through our conversation in order to have this perfect creation !

I could not be more pleased with my DREAM bespoke engagement ring. The whole process was very simple, we especially loved designing the ring and seeing the renders prior to production which was even more special and added to the anticipation. The ring itself is crafted so well, glitters beautifully and best of all has a pop of colour which is typical of Fenton designs. Fingers crossed this is not my last jewel from them!

I absolutely love my emerald engagement ring from here, but have had problem after problem with it.

My partner put so much thought and effort into finding a good company and designing my ring. That makes it even sadder that I have had problem after problem with it. I feel bad even telling him now.

First, the emerald was misaligned so I had to send it back to have the prongs redone. Then the band snapped and I had to send it back again. This time they remade the whole ring saying there had been a manufacturing fault. Then when I received the new ring back it started to bend and make more of an oval shape. Now one of the diamonds is missing from the band. It’s meant to platinum so I don’t understand how.

I’m so careful with it - I take it off whenever I wash dishes, shower, sleep, exercise, do anything manual, go on holiday, etc. The customer service team has always been quite responsive, yet it makes me so sad that I’ve been this careful with it, missed out on wearing it a lot of the time, and still have had to deal with so many issues.

I’m actually quite shocked to see all five star reviews, I can’t believe I could be the only one having this experience.

Fenton & Co designed my dream bespoke engagement ring earlier this year & I couldn't recommend them enough. The service, communication, attention to detail & outstanding craftsmanship are truly wonderful. Very excited to have them design our wedding bands soon!
