Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I am a very fussy person and the team had an immense about of patience with me. They were helpful, understanding and supportive. They wanted me to end up with exactly what I wanted. They didn't make me feel like I should just hurry up and choose or be pressured in to some i didnt want. They communicated beautifully thoroughout the process and provided fantastic images of the end product. I loved being part of the stone selection. Everything felt very personal and intimate. At the end of it all, the rings were absoloutely perfect. I cant thank you enough.

We did a lot of research into buying sustainable gemstones and Fenton popped up during this search a few years ago. I have followed them since, and love their ethos. The team was great during the physical appointment and answering all my questions. The communication from then on was also very timely. We got it delivered oversees and there was absolutely no problem in delivery and shipping. We ended up ordering our wedding bands from Fenton as well. When that needed resizing, and there was a quality issue that came up during the resizing process, Fenton was very professional and courteous to craft us a new ring at no extra cost. Absolutely loved my experience with them and will recommend them to my network.

Throughout the whole process, the Fenton team were extremely helpful. The constant communication was appreciated and I’d like to thank them for guaranteeing my ring would be made and ready for my holiday, so I could take it with me for the proposal.

Very pleased with the ring for my wife’s 50th birthday. All the staff at Fenton were very helpful throughout, including meeting to discuss what we wanted and to look at options. We decided on a Garnet cushion ring, which turned out perfect with a beautiful stone, selected by the team. We were provided with photos and videos to make sure we were happy before the stone was set.

From first trying on engagement ring styles, to experimenting with designs the team were so helpful and understanding. I felt so reassured in delivery time, with a team member reaching out to me before I ever felt the need to contact them, to reassure me that the ring would be with me in time for my planned proposal. I ordered a bespoke wedding ring from Fenton and have had an amazing experience. The ring is absolutely stunning and made beautifully. The whole bespoke process was a breeze and easy to navigate from the speed in their response to having video calls to ensure everything was perfect size wise. I had it resized slightly larger recently and that process was easy and incredibly quick compared to other jewellers where I’ve not had the best experience. Thank you for everything!

I had been looking for a largish square-cut ruby for about 7 years. I thought that I had found one in NYC, but it turned out to be mostly glass!

On a trip to London last summer (I'm from USA), I spent several hours in Hatton Garden looking for a ruby. Nothing was quite right. Then, I found Fenton's website and saw the perfect stone. It was easy to make an appointment online, and the staff was wonderful. They sized it for me and shipped it very soon. They even inscribed it "London 2024," so it's a precious reminder of that trip. I was able to split payments over several months without interest.

I love London so much I'm moving there part time. I hope to be a regular at Fenton's!

Fenton, Allegra and team were extremely helpful throughout my process of buying an engagement ring. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and they did a great job at bringing the ideas to life and giving me multiple options. Very responsive over email and made what could be a very stressful process, very much not. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The resizing process was quick and easy also!

I have brought my, now, finances engagement ring from Fenton and the whole process has been incredible. I’m quite nervous when it comes to this kind of thing and I have something so specific that I wanted for the ring.

I spoke with Mia, who I can’t thank enough, and she went though all the options, I was able to supply references for rings I liked and aspects I wanted to bring through for the ring. Any questions I had she was right there to answer and gave me reassurance in areas I wasn’t sure on.

The process of getting the ring as well was incredible. For me, it really was a massive extra for feeling involved. They allowed me to be part of the stone selection, sending across different options for me to then choose from to get it just perfect.

Having proposed now, my other half absolutely loves the ring and couldn’t be happier with it! She’s doesn’t want to leave it or take it off! The ring also came with certificates and details on the stones etc which she loves to know more about it, the extra touches just made it all amazing.
