From my initial enquiry via their website the team at Fenton have been absolutely incredible. I initially had a video call with Sijj to help with a few bits I wasn't too sure about, the service and personal touch they offer is fantastic. Sijj has been an absolute star throughout this whole process and it's been a genuine pleasure to work with her over the last few months. I settled on the perfect ring during our first call and ordered it straight away. I'd already spent quite a bit of time on their website (very good website by the way...) so had a good idea of what I wanted already but it was great to talk it through with Sijj and immediately gain the confidence you really need when spending this much money online with a company you've never dealt with before. After our call I had no concerns at all and knew right away it was a pretty big decision, but definitely the right decision. Fenton's ethics and responsibility for their supply chain were also a big factor, it wouldn't have mattered how amazing the ring is, if it had come from an unsavoury source there's no way Kate would have been happy to wear it even once. I had a relatively tight deadline of around 7 weeks before we went on holiday and the team managed to turn it around and get the ring to me a few days before we went away.

And... wow! The ring is an absolute stunner, I've honestly never seen a ring like it in my life, it genuinely couldn't be more perfect. Kate has barely taken her eyes off it since the proposal and it's pretty easy to see why (even though I'm no expert), it's such a stunning piece of jewellery and so beautifully crafted. Comparing Kate's Fenton ring to high street jewellers shop windows is like night and day, I saw one in a window the other day that was a similar style and exactly the same price I paid but must have been about a third of the size and nowhere near as nice to look at! I haven't seen anything that's even in the same league. Seeing Kate's face light up every time she catches a glance of her ring makes it worth every penny and a lot more, if this ring was twice the price I paid it would still have been well worth it, this ring really is that incredible and perfect.

During our holiday we figured it was a size too big and could do with a bit of an adjustment so decided to extend our trip with a few days in London to hand deliver it back to Fenton's Mayfair HQ for resizing. While we were there we got to meet Sijj and had a lovely hour with some prosecco, picking out our wedding rings and talking about our wedding plans. It was such a pleasure to meet in person and just added yet another layer to the incredible service we've received throughout this whole process. The resizing took around a week and the ring was safely delivered back to us, perfectly sized and in a fresh new box.

I'm so incredibly happy to have had Fenton create the perfect ring and absolutely can't speak highly enough of them. I mentioned earlier the ring is in a league of its own but it's more like Fenton aren't even playing the same sport as the high street jewellers, they really are that incredible. If you're on the fence about making such a big, important purchase online without seeing the rings in person or knowing who you're dealing with then please don't be, working with Fenton has been one of the best decisions I've made in years and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We ordered our wedding bands pretty last minute before our ceremony, and Sijj was so kind to hold our hands throughout the process, including ensuring that everything was explained to us properly and the hands were delivered before our ceremony day. Was an overall pleasant experience.

I was very careful with choosing a jeweller for my emerald engagement ring as there is no recognised grading for emeralds, therefore there is a huge amount of trust that whoever I went with would get a good quality emerald. I chose Fenton as they had very good reviews and after having a video consultation with Sij, who was very helpful with explaining and showing me the different options available, I knew that I would be getting quality with Fenton. The ring looks amazing! The emerald is the perfect colour and has a little white inclusion which gives it its unique look. Sij was lovely throughout the process and quick to respond to my emails. I also requested an inscription that was longer than the online tool would let me enter, but Sij made enquiries and it was possible to have the inscription that I wanted. The ring arrived on time - I appreciated the hour time slot given which meant that I could make arrangements to ensure my partner did not see the delivery.
I would definitely recommend Fenton to anyone who is looking to get a coloured gemstone. It might be slightly cheaper to go elsewhere but there’s no way you would be getting the same level of quality and customer service. My fiancée loves the ring! Knowing that I had the perfect ring gave me more confidence and I was able to focus on making the proposal even more special. Thank you Fenton and Sij 😊

We used Fenton for our wedding bands and what an amazing and special experience this was. We visited their london showroom and got to decide what we liked. They kept us updated all the way through the process. Our rings arrived yesterday and they are beautiful, we are so happy with them and cannot wait to get married so we can wear them everyday.

Beautiful jewellery and incredible customer service. I got on the phone with them and they were able to advise the best course of action immediately. They went out of their way to expedite delivery of the item in time for an engagement proposal, even managing to fit in engraving and resizing on my perfect ring. All with a personalised service throughout, sending additional photos and descriptions. Couldn't ask for more!

I ordered an engagement ring from Fenton and my experience could not have been better. The ring arrived in fantastic packaging and very promptly. I firstly dealt with Juliette on the concierge team who helped me pick out a ring on a video call and she could NOT have been more helpful.

The experience continued after delivery as I had an issue on my end that the ring came so quickly that my planned proposal date would have ran outside of their free returns policy. I contacted Fenton thinking I would get a no but to my surprise they agreed to push the date back so that I could I do my proposal without the extra anxiety!! Getting the right engagement ring obviously is a nervous experience to some extent.

The staff at Fenton have done everything they can to make it easy, in terms of finance, customisation and excellent customer service. Even the aftercare has been exceptional.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I designed my ring with an engraving and it arrived as promised. Tracked, in beautiful packaging.

It did have one claw slightly raised and Fenton have repaired this with another wonderful customer service experience.

We are simply thrilled! The service is outstanding and the jewellery is beautiful and of great quality. You always get a quick response and Fenton is keen to make everything possible. The process for my bespoke ring was so uncomplicated and the result a dream. We are more than happy with both our engagement ring purchase and our wedding rings.

After purchasing a ring from a jeweller who went into liquidation and having the scary feeling that I'd never see an end product or my money back Fenton came in to save the day.

From the initial phone call I had with them to me walking out the (beautiful and charming) store with a ring on my fiancée's finger the service could not have been better.

The team was super knowledgeable and scarily they were very good at reading people and knowing what would suit them and what wanted! Definitely helped to learn that an oval solitaire isn't the only engagement ring option out there.
