5 star service to go with the 5 star engagement ring! I bought an Emerald engagement ring from Fenton last summer and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process I felt valued and the various members of the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Even after I had completed the purchase the team prioritized my questions and were fantastic. The ring itself is gorgeous, fiance over the moon and we welcome the many compliments regarding the ring! Bellisimo.

Henna on the concierge team was fantastic and made what could easily have been a very daunting task (picking the perfect engagement ring!), a enjoyable and exciting experience. Although I already had a rough idea of what I was looking for, she took the time to suggest variations in style I might wish to consider and answer the myriad of questions I had both during the initial consultation and throughout the process.

I was blown away by the ring when it arrived and I'm pleased to say so too was my now Fiancée!

My partner proposed on my 30th birthday at Port Lympne in Kent with the most beautiful pink sapphire engagement ring from Fenton.
Unfortunately the ring was slightly too small but Claudia was extremely helpful when we got in touch with Fenton to book an appointment to come in and resize the ring.

Every member of the team that I've dealt with at Fenton have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From advice with regard to ring sizes, helping out with the design process and any after care questions, you're in the safest of hands. As I work in London, when I've needed any assistance I've always attended their office in person and have been very warmly welcomed.

I can honestly say I have never before experienced customer service like I received with this company! Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had several appointments to get the ring just right, and wow did they deliver! I picked up my ring yesterday and I can say it is a thing of beauty!

I have just had my bespoke ring delivered and could not be happier with the finished product! From start to finish the process has been so smooth, susannah and sophie contacted me by email, call and facetime to design the perfect ring and kept me updated throughout the process. They even managed to get the delivery in time for my holiday.

My experience with Fenton was fantastic and they would come highly recommended. Excellent in the initial consultation. We will always come back to Fenton for our jewellery needs and couldn’t recommend them enough! My now husband proposed to me with an emerald trilogy ring, and we’ve treasured it so much. The wedding came around this year and we didn’t think twice about going to Fenton for our wedding jewellery. We ordered our x2 wedding bands and an emerald necklace. I decided to go bespoke for my wedding band as I wanted a diamond band and needed it to fit around my emerald. The process was seamless and despite me having a wobble about my final choice, the team were incredibly helpful, supportive and quick to respond.
