I’m very happy with the service I received from Factory Direct Flooring.
I contacted them for advice about choosing the right flooring for my barber shop, and they were very helpful throughout the process. They replied quickly to my emails, answered all my questions clearly, and gave me honest advice about the different colour and style options.
They also recommended waiting for the samples and checking them under the actual shop lighting before making the final decision, which was very useful.

No updates after placing order
No updates after placing order. Tried calling. Automated machine told to email. Email sent with no reply.
Eventually got someone on the phone who confirmed order was with the courier and out for delivery (paid extra for morning delivery slot and specific day) day taken off work to receive delivery.
Nothing. Called back, told full story to be told that they never received an email despite me triple checking the email address with them and it showing in my sent folder.
To then be told that the delivery was booked for the next day - however original person said he could see order was out with courier.
Requested refund. This can’t be done until item is received back to their warehouse. Whenever that may be as they cannot seem to get the order out at the correct date and time in first place.

They did offer an alternative which I would have accepted but they couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered on time
I specifically ordered from Factory flooring direct because of their stated delivery time
No attempt was made to try and put my order on a 48 hour delivery schedule for the inconvenience
I now have to spend more hours trying to find somewhere that can delivery on time

Regarding the delivery date, to some areas of scotland, deliveries can take longer than other areas so we thought it best to be completely honest regarding delivery times to your area as to not cause any further inconvenience to you., it wasn't that we didn't want to help you out as suggested in your review.
