The worst customer service I have ever encountered! We followed the advice on their website and ordered 10% extra, only to run out of boards before the job was finished. They wanted another £40 delivery for just one pack of boards and refused to accept any responsibility for the poor advice. They even conceded, after the event, that it is recommended you order 15-20% extra when fitting herringbone (advice which is included on competitors' websites) yet they don't see fit to include that advice on their own website! Furthermore, we were supplied with one 'rogue' pack of boards which were manufactured ten years before the others, in 2015, and which were a few millimetres shorter than all the others, thus causing problems for the fitter. In their response to my complaint, there was no hint of empathy, no apology for the inconvenience, nor even an acknowledgment of the disparity in the length of the boards supplied; just a blunt, stubborn refusal to accept any responsibility whatsoever. To even call it customer service is laughable.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Would have probably gotten better flooring from the pound shop. It's all chipped and won't click together, comes apart , breaking when you try to click the boards together even though the instructions were followed to a letter. I can't see it lasting more than a year. Money and time wasted. Utter rubbish, don't recommend at all, avoid at all costs.

It is straightforward to get samples of whatever we like to see before completing our order! There is a great choice for floor and delivery dates to fit anyone.
The LVT tiles we have bought are exactly what we thought, correct colour and perfect match for quality and price, and easy to install.
We are very happy with our experience with Factory Direct Flooring.

Purchased flooring on the 28th June , with 3-5 days delivery was told that they were having delivery issues , and on the 10th July offered a refund with again the aim to issue this in 3-5 days that time has lapsed now I’m told it won’t be processed till after they get the items back that I didn’t even receive and could take up to 30days , seems this company can’t stick to any time frame and don’t like to issue refunds after causing delays already that have held up a project already stopping me from using those funds to purchase flooring somewhere else

Flooring rubbish all chipped and won't click together comes apart was damaged when arrived boxes not good enough to stop it chipping and bits break of when you try to clike together brought the click flooring looked nice but it's a pain to put down each bit you put in the first one come apart don't recommend got to save to buy different flooring now but not frm these people

Steve was really helpful, answered all my questions and honoured the site discount even though I had just missed it! I haven’t received my flooring yet but communication so far has been excellent and I am looking forward to receiving my flooring

Good quality vinyl and quick delivery. Delivery charge was a bit steep but happy with product

The floor was sent promptly. It was packed alright, but the double sided tape had been wrapped loose in the plastic and the edge was all stuck to it making it difficult to remove and use.

The floor itself was excellent, however it wasn't cut completely straight and did require more trimming than it probably should have.

Other than that, good flooring at a really good price.

Well I purchased two lots of lino from factory direct flooring, the price of a lino is very good compared to most places the two pieces I bought were meant to go together but I needed them cut to make it easier for the fitter who may I add never turned up but this is nothing to do with the flooring company anyhow when the flooring arrived one piece arrived and the other piece got lost by the carrier somewhere along the line the second piece arrived and the carrier damage it by throwing it over my six foot high driveway gate because they never let me know they were coming. But from beginning to end of dealing with the flooring company they were very good they offered to pick up the other one I could have a refund or they'd send a new one out or they gave me a very small discount which I took only because I was sick of waiting for the lino if I'd known the fitter wasn't going to come back I would have probably told them to just collect it all anyhow I fitted it myself and I've done a very good job I must say so myself, so all in all buying it from them and fitting it myself I've saved £400 the price of a lino compared to the carpet shop I was going to go to in Pontefract was about 30% cheaper and exactly the same quality so yes I can't fault the company unfortunately they have to use the courier they used. Hopefully they will have got reimbursed from the courier for the hassle they have caused. In fact they should have reimbursed me my payment to the courier seen the courier didn't do their job properly. I would have given them five star if it hadn't been for the problem with only getting the one piece and then because of that the carpet fitted didn't want to come back and the second piece being damaged due to the courier.

Only dealings so far is requesting and receiving a flooring sample. Absolutely arrived quickly and ball is in my court now deciding if colour is what i want.

The service was very fast,ordered a sample and it was delivered the next day then placed an order and that was delivered within the stated time so very impressed. Would recomend to anybody.

Flooring delivered missing parts was told would be delivered Saturday by a courier before 1pm and nothing i want a refund

I ordered some laminate from these people and I have gone everywhere to find anything resembling the colour i have chosen. It was to me a very reasonable price , great price actually and 10mm not bad , a delay on the order awaiting delivery for the flooring , but im okay it is the colour and flooring i want

Cut made to measure flooring all wrong gave correct measurements they got it wrong completely and were not happy and want a replacement
And also their courier stuffed up delivery whilst we’re out at work delivered one of 2 parcels from order all wrong got someone else’s parcel not ours so where’s the rest of out order beyond disappointed and disillusioned with factory direct flooring and their useless courier

Great samples and good choice which helped with picking the correct flooring.
Flooring looks great fitted.

I haven’t bought anything yet but sales support has been great so far.
