Very poor service
Very poor service . They told me that the courier would charge £54 as I cancelled my order . Then £108 came out of my account . I have not been reimbursed for my delivery charge either !

As this order was cancelled after it left us, the charges deducted from the refund we as explained £54.00 each way, we only charge you £39.99 for delivery but it actually costs us £54.00 each way with the courier so in the event that a customer should cancel after we have despatched the goods as outlined in the cancellation policy.
We haven't taken anything out of your account but deducted the associated charges from the refund that was due.
We fully appreciate this is a high charge but sadly we are unable to cover the cost of transport for cancellation after despatch.

Flooring arrived severely damaged
Flooring arrived severely damaged, sent photos straight away, had to wait for a collection of the flooring to be taken back to warehouse before a replacement could be sent out. Still awaiting any communication or replacement. Advised thats its been ordered to be able to be fitted before moving in but still nothing. Its too late now to order from anywhere else 5l be able able also fit in time.
