When you needed the customer service isn’t available!!!!!!

One screw for bow was replaced, it has a big head on it and is way above the frame. Looks terrible

I am beyond thrilled with my experience! I was able to get new Coach glasses at a very affordable price and they came very quickly! I will be shopping here moving forward for all of my glasses needs!

The glasses were reframed and returned in perfect condition. I appreciate how easy it was. My only issue was that there was not a way to track or estimate delivery until the very end. They received my glasses and then they shipped my glasses back but there was no communication in between.

The chat agent was very thorough and her follow up was exceptional

To start I had trouble with this website format almost giving up (hint) - however I engaged the chat feature and a representative quickly responded and solved all the problems. The glasses I ordered were difficult to produce - polarized sunglasses with Rx + bifocal lenses and I'm very happy with the end product and speed at which they were delivered (13 days). Another competitor actually refunded payment because they couldn't manufacture these with polarized lenses even with their own frames so I'm happy. I would highly recommend eyeglasses.com.

I was pleased with how Eyeglasses.com fulfilled their promise of customer satisfaction. My initial order was for reading glasses however I did not realize that my prescription was incomplete and would not correspond to single vision reading lenses. I realized this when my glasses arrived with distance corrected lenses. When I realized the error I obtained the correct prescription and returned my glasses, and the company promptly replaced the lenses. I did change my request to bifocal lenses for an additional fee, however eyeglasses.com only charged me for the difference in price, thereby crediting me for what I already paid. The new lenses are fine and the customer service was superb. Well done!!

Got my fourth pair of glasses done here. Mainly For the quality and the service. The lenses came out great with the frames that I provided .

Have attempted repeatiedly to resolve a problem by phone and email. By phone--I get voicemail that the customer service department isn't open ( at 12 p.m. EST). By mail, no response after close to a week. Ugh!

You are the only ones I found that can do this style and have a quality frame that's not $500 and a 6 month lead time ... great ..
