Ordering great. Shipping says for frames a couple days, mine arrived after 3 weeks I guess designer frames come from a different warehouse. Beautiful packaging and I did check authenticity it passed.... Se mer

I wish I could review glasses

I wish I could review glasses, but since my order on the 4th of May, there has been no word on their production whatsoever. I called a few days ago, 10 days after the order which I paid for expedited service for, and they said they were waiting on frames, and they should be in the mail Monday the 18th it is now the 20th no word, so I called thier number only to get a voicemail that they were closed outside business hours yet it was 0800, then 0900, then 1000, then noon, then 5pm, then 8pm, same message on a Wednesday. Are they still in business, or did they steal my 442.95 dollar and run. I have been lied to, plus, I went to the website and some how they put a price for order which was completely.paid at 877.95 dollars , what did they double it because I complained. Beware of this company, I travel in a few days for a long trip, without the glasses. I attempted to cancel order with no results, no axknowlegements, still unable to speak to anyone since last week, the service lady sent me to voicemail instead of helping me. I want my money back in full, I checked with Maryland and Federal law customer Protection and found out they are violating the law, I am prepared to go after them

Terrible service. Bad communication. No follow-through.

I ordered empty frames on 3/5/26. They finally shipped *some* frames on 3/20. On 3/30, I called them to tell them they had sent the wrong size frames. They emailed me a shipping label and I returned them. They received them on 4/10. After a few weeks, I called to ask where the frames were, and was told they should be sent out in 4 or 5 more days. On 5/11, I called again. The rep said she'd email me about my frames within 30 minutes. I never got an email (yes, I checked my spam folder). On 5/12, I called again, and I was informed that the manufacturer no longer makes those frames. They refunded my money. So it took ten weeks of wearing patched, broken frames to find out that they couldn't supply the replacements they listed as "in stock," on yheir website. Color me extremely dissatisfied. In yhe meantime, I've gotten spam emails from them every two days (which reminded me to write this review). They can communicate like crazy, via automated spamming software, but not so much about an actual order, once you've given them your money.

NO COMMUNICATION! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
I have ordered from this place two times before (2022 and 2024) for replacement lenses (where I send my frames in with the new prescription and they replace them). I need new lenses again and I wanted to talk to someone regarding some questions I have about certain add on options. For WEEKS now, no matter what I do, no matter how many times I call or email them, NO ONE ANSWERS (you have to leave a message) OR CALLS YOU BACK. The same with email, you get a email saying they received your inquiry and no one EVER emails you back. Chat is useless to, no one ever answers that either. I don't know what happened since january 2024 but I wouldn't order from them. There is no way in heck I'd send them my glasses now when they wont make any attempts at answering simple questions.

Ordering great

Ordering great. Shipping says for frames a couple days, mine arrived after 3 weeks I guess designer frames come from a different warehouse. Beautiful packaging and I did check authenticity it passed. But I never do lenses online, always go local so they can see measurements etc… but this is my 3rd or so time using them and all my orders are great it’s just transportation but after it leaves them it’s on the delivery side. Will use again but not for lenses

One positive overall not great

One positive, the prescription was correct, and I can see very well with the new glasses. Now let's get to ALL the negatives:
1. It took FOREVER to get my glasses, which I ordered exactly a month ago.
2. The only way to find out anything is to call the store in CT.
3. They never communicated that the frames I picked out were not suitable until I called!
4. Specifically stated I wanted RED, not maroon, glasses, which are indeed maroon! Ugh!
5. The fit is poor; hopefully, a local optical store can make them fit correctly.
6. You get what you pay for. If the local eyeglass shops weren't so greedy, we wouldn't need to purchase an important item online. Glasses should never be bought online when there are too many important factors that need attention.

Never got the product, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I am completely dissatisfied with my recent experience ordering frames from Eyeglasses.com, placed over a month ago even when paying extra for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.

Throughout this process, I have encountered unprofessional service and conflicting information. After waiting several weeks, I was informed that the items had shipped; however, no tracking number was provided. Upon calling to follow up, I was told that the frames were never in stock and that a refund had been issued. I received no prior notification of this cancellation via phone or email.

I believe this company is falsely advertising its product and selling counterfeit items. Buyers be aware.

Customer Service My Ass

I found a coupon code to use on my purchase. This code wasn't expired and didn't have any specific restrictions. I would have saved over $40, but when I checked out, the final balance did not reflect the discount. I emailed someone named Stefanie Rodriguez in "customer service" who replied by asking me to forward the coupon code to her. I heard nothing back. I finally reached a real human at the "customer service" number named Diana who seemed sympathetic to my problem, said she knew who I emailed and would credit the difference to my account immediately. Talk is cheap and so was this response as the credit never appeared on my statement. I received the frame ordered but will NEVER again order from Eyeglasses.com nor should you. Tell your friends.

The shape of the lenses was not right…

The shape of the lenses was not right with the image being very light. They agreed to replace and explained the differences. I suggested that the clarification to the images would be helpful. Nice people

Matching frames

I was able to purchase the same frames I usually get that for my clip sunglasses. I bought the lenses at a local eye doctor, as I found my previous set I bought here scratched very easily.

Weeks of waiting for the wrong prescription

I waited weeks for my frames to arrive, and when they finally did, the lenses were wrong. I ordered transitional lenses and received single‑vision instead. When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d have to pay return shipping—even though the mistake was on their end. Really disappointing experience.
