I love the glasses and will order again. But I find it a bit expensive sense I supplied the frames.

Make sure you understand what you are buying. Premium lenses do not include anti-reflection, scratch resistance or blue light/UV filters. My glasses show visible dots and blips in the lenses. The return policy is not customer friendly. You only get a 50% refund on your lenses... which is what costs the most in my case. There are better, more customer friendly online eyeglass retailers. I won't buy from these guys again, unless it is just for the frames.

The glasses I ordered arrived in a glasses container that was not long enough for the glasses inside of them, there was what looked like engravings from the lens sides on the inside of the container which makes me think that it was the flawed packaging that slightly bent my glasses. So for the future I would really suggest either getting perfectly fitting container for the glasses or resorting to some other method of packaging the glasses.

Also after I went to an optician I was informed that the lens I ordered with the frames were slightly off at the axis or something, but I wasn't expecting great lenses in the first place so I wasn't bothered by it since they were basic free ones.

Other than that, the order was quick and easy, the customer service is good and the glasses I ordered are very nice.

My glasses are the wrong prescription and I have yet to hear from anyone of what’s going on I have sent them back and would like a response I spent 135$ and would like the right prescription or my money back something!

Easiest conversation with a representative I have ever had. Did have issue with phone calls. They were unable to hear me the first 4 times, until I used a different method of calling. Apparently, can't reach them using an IP phone on Google. Anyway, asked about the frames I needed, got the answers. Then made the order. Had an expected arrival time. Items came in two days ahead of schedule and were directly shipped from manufacturing and did not need to go to Eyeglass.com before hand for quality inspection. This was possibly due to no need for prescription for lenses.

Lenses were not that good this time and the frames were not attractive

I never got my eyeglasses and no one has responded to my emails or voicemails. I will be disputing it with my bank.

Ordered these frames 2nd day service. arrived in about a week. started to install my lenses and found one screw was already loose. Test tightened it and found the threads were stripped. Now my new glasses are held together with safety wire. Glad I'm an aircraft mechanic of 50 years.

Search was easy and effective. Shipping was prompt. Return instructions could be a little clearer (the return address appears in a paragraph about how to return items if you've lost the packing slip). Overall, 100% satisfied.

Great service ordering new frames and utilizing my old lenses. Wish they would have read the prescription off the lenses so I could order a second pair.

Both lenses, right and left had horrible imperfections upon arrival. I had to take them to a local optician and have them replaced.

New Frames and Lenses look Great and fit well and match the description on the Website.
