No response from Customer Service after returns.
There's very poor on quality control on glasses production, especially with more complex prescriptions. There's no response from customer service after sending in returns. The glasses I ordered were done incorrectly, verified by my ophthalmologist. I returned them the Eyeglasses.com and received confirmation of that receipt on 12/6/21. Three weeks later, I still have not received my refund. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for a status update via email and phone with no response. I can't get a live person on the phone. When calling customer service, I wait in the calling cue only to eventually be dumped into voicemail. None of my calls get returned.
I eventually was finally able to get through to Customer Service via their website chat. They stated that the refund was processed, but I was never sent any kind of notification about it.
Unfortunately, they didn't refund the full amount of my glasses, even though there was a manufacturing error on their part. I'm wondering if this is why they didn't send any refund notification, so that I wouldn't notice that they didn't give me a complete refund.
So I still have to go through the hassle of trying to get the full refund.

Lack of Communication or Timely Delivery
I ordered 3 pairs of eyeglasses frames and paid the extra S&H for 2-day delivery. I received the first frame after 3 weeks of emails to this company; their 800 does not work. After another 3-4 emails and another 3 weeks, I received the 2nd frame; neither was my first choice. I returned these 2 frames and am still emailing to receive a VISA credit with no response from this company. I have never experienced such terrible service and lack of communication or even an apology for not meeting any timeline for delivery or providing any assistance for returns.

Ordered a pair of frames only to realize later that I would prefer for Eyeglasses.com to do the lenses as well.
Shipped them back free of charge with prescription - the company stayed in contact with telling me the progress along the way.
All went well, fit perfectly, look sharp.

Customer service was not good
Once the order went in, it went rather smoothly. However customer service was not great. I emailed and called several times and days went by before I could get a hold of anyone. The phone system most often said they were unavailable and to leave a message. I tried calling an actual store in CT and got the same results. Other times the system would just make you wait forever and no one picked up.
When I clicked on the chat option it took me to a page where I could email a question. I asked for someone to call me. An email came back saying "how can I help you". I replied, "call me". No one did for days. The next day I actually got someone on the chat and she was helpful. She said they were getting a new phone system and that they were understaffed. A day or two later someone called back. I told them that their phone message should let people know that they are understaffed and have a lousy phone system.
That said, they did have the glasses that I wanted at a good price. I only needed one lens with a prescription but was forced to pay for both. Still it was half of what I would pay locally. They sent by UPS ground even though I had selected the free method which was USPS, so they came quicker. Took abour 10 days to process.
The glasses are of high quality and the lenses are too.

I was at my local eye glass business. I tried on the REVOLUTION CRAWLEY and loved them. My only comment is why can't we purchase a second pair of CLIP ONs that are not mirrored to go with the ROSE colored frame? The business said I could not have a spare. As of yet, I have not purchased them from this business. Please help to answer this important question as I LOVE the frames and thee magnet idea!!

I received my order quickly only to find that they sent the wrong frames, the frames are not even compatible with progressive lenses and their website says that. It was easy to send them back but that's when the customer service went downhill. Someone took the liberty of changing the lens package I had selected (the most expensive option). They changed my lenses to the cheapest option they have all the while charging me for the expensive lenses. They never consulted me about this and I only found out because I went online to find out when I might receive my glasses and I started reading all of the fine details. I've called multiple times only to hear a message saying that customer service is not available. I've emailed multiple times with no response. I'm now out over $500 and have no glasses.

Be wary of returns
Let me start with the fact that they had glasses for very small faces that they could put progressive lenses, which is rare. And the selection was wide and varied. They were very good to work with, they answered my emails promptly.
The only reason I gave them only three stars was because when I received my glasses, the lenses had a yellow cast if I was outdoors, and they were supposed to be clear. And when I went to return them, they only give you 50% of a return on the lenses. I could understand even 20% restocking fee, but 50% seems a bit steep.
