Glasses were great for a great price.
Customer service was average at best.
We had a problem and there was a long lag until it was addressed, but was 100% addressed eventually.

Overall, Eyeglasses.com has been great to work with. Their selection and prices are are both top quartile. The only reason I didn't give them five stars
is I am still waiting for delivery of one of my frames (I ordered three). I realize everything is backed up because of the Pandemic. I received the other two frames within a few days of ordering.

I never received my glasses thus far. I will go check the mail today and let you know if I get them.

Ordered 2 frames on 9/5, same frame in different colors, no lenses. I ordered with expedited shipping for a cost of $12. They finally arrived on 9/15, one pair had the plastic lens popped out and the frame was scratched. Of course the scratched pair is the color I want so I’ve returned both and called on 9/16 to have another pair in the color I want, shipped asap. The (no) customer service rep basically told me sorry (not sorry) and told me she would place another order for the color I want. Well I don’t see an order in the system when I log in, so 🤷‍♀️, I’m going elsewhere. Also, when calling the 800 #, no one answers and you’re instructed to leave a vm and someone will call back. I’ve called several times, left several messages snd no one has ever returned my call.

Lenses were done correctly but eyeglass frames were not adjusted properly and legs of frames were extremely wide, looks like frames were used.

So easy! Picked my frames, filled in my prescription info and 3 was later I had glasses I love. My prescription is a high one and a bit complicated, so I bet someone who doesn’t need as much correction as I do will have their glasses a lot sooner.

Lot’s of companies have delays now due to COVID problems. But Eyeglasses did a good job of sending my glasses quickly. The frames are cheap compared to my eye doctor, and the lenses are great. I would definitely order from them again.

There are a lot of onlline glasses companies and it is hard to choose. I tried Eyeglasses because they have a ton of choice. I like the glasses a lot and can see well. They came pretty fast too.

Did not have a good experience with this company. Could not read well in the lenses they manufactured and they would not rectify the situation. Don't order from them!

Couldn't find these frames in Australia, happy that i found online. Very quick turnaround and delivery. Will order from you again and hopefully have a current script handy.

Very user friendly website and purchase experience. Once I received the glasses they were great. The only negative is it took a lot longer to get my glasses than I had expected.

I just received my eyeglasses back after replacing the lens. So far so good. I was impressed by the service at Eyeglasses.com. I appreciated the e-mail communication regarding the status of my order. Turnaround was surprisingly fast, and the quality of the lenses appear to be superior to the Costco lenses they replaced.

I appreciated the quick fill of my order and that they immediately requested pertinent information that I had overlooked.
