Exceptional Oxtails for The Best Soup!
The quality of the food I buy is very important to me. I am never disappointed with anything I buy from Eversfield Organic. Over the years I've bought much of their meat and bones, for making soups. They are always exceptional. Most recently I've been purchasing Oxtails from Eversfield, for making Oxtail Soup and I am always impressed with the taste and tenderness. Brilliant flavour and very tender meat
Brilliant flavour and very tender meat. No pesticides is important to me.
Love the flavour of the pork, the chicken and the beef.
Roast pork loin is great with a pear and Apple compote, tender and so full of flavour. Pork tenderloin makes superbly flavoured, tender juicy escallopes when breadcrumbed and fried.
The beef is great as steaks and as stews, especially steak and kidney!

Great choice and quality
I buy from Eversfield occasionally- when I'm in the UK visiting my family. The quality of the products is great, customer service very good and I have no hesitation in recommending them. This time round I particularly enjoyed the pig cheeks!

Delivery too late - DPD fault!!
Had to re-ring as website kept adjusting order as different stock of pig's cheeks. Really happy you had them, as unable to get anywhere in Bristol. Delivery I was told would be by DPD by midday (needed for that evening). Arrived at 1745, so unable to use for dinner party that evening. Contacted DPD who said order was not put in for a.m delivery.
Disappointed as was happy you had stock.
Eversfield contacted me regarding this, with the instruction to DPD for a.m delivery. So it appears that DPD are at fault. Customer service's have been great and I appreciated their response and actions.
Will use them again for sure.

Great Company with delicious produce
I have been loyal supporter of Eversfield Organic for several years now, and every buying experience has been impeccable.
The website is very easy to use, the meat arrives on time and in very good condition and all the produce has been exceptional quality! I love the fact that I can obtain locally sourced, truly 'happy' meat and I also love the fact that I can buy venison and game birds, as well as under-loved cuts such as Ox cheeks, beef and lamb heart, ox tongue, kidneys. liver, etc.
Their fish selection is also good, although I prefer to buy fish from my local fishmonger.
Another perk is that you can return the wool they use for insulation and this can be re-used - very sustainable!
I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting good quality, ethically sourced meat.

I’m on my fourth order from Eversfield and I’m really happy! I never thought organic produce would be accessible to me due to the price but I realised it was better to eat less high quality produce and it’s encouraged me to try to eat more vegetables.
