Cheap, poor quality Head Units and total lack of support.
I bought a VWA13 Eonon unit for my VW Golf Mk6.
Upon installing, the unit failed to connect via Bluetooth to my Android phone which is running on Android 13. Tried many different settings and nothing worked. Occasionally it would connect, but then drop off or if the car was switched off and you powered on again it would fail to connect even with auto connect set. Also found the unit would randomly reset for no reason. The radio quality was extremely poor. A lot of hype and free units to You Tubers to promote but the reality soon prevails. Also could not get any of the apps to work. I contacted Eonon support. 3 days later I was asked for proof of purchase, serial number and model - all of which was on my email for support in the first place. After replying with all details again, total silence.
When I sent another email to ask why there was no response, I was given the reply it was Chinese New Year and holidays! Even after the holidays ended no one is replying or answering my emails! They have no UK or Europe support. The reason for not replying is also due to the fact they know these units are all faulty, poor quality and have not been fully tested.
Biggest waste of time! Removed, returned and bought a proper head unit from a well known brand and it works a treat. Stay away from these Eonon units as they are not reliable, have issues almost immediately, will fail very quickly and the support is non existent.

The Eonon VWX6S is great! A wonderful replace for the original unit!

The problem with eonon customer service. Its non existent they only have an email and a chat bot on the website. No matter how many emails you send. I have yet to receive a reply. I purchased the eonon p6 from there amazon page
Ghe device lasted 5 months, then power loops and wont stay on. Contacted them through amazon they sent a new unit plugged it into bike and straight away bootloop so not working. Contacted them again through amazon and now I have a refund and two broken devices. And still no reply from eanon customer service. There should be a fix for theses screens but no option and no reset button on device. Even disconnected for a week and still the same bootloop. I can no longer trust eonon and would advise others to avoid.

Outstanding product, easy to install and looks much better than factory system. I broke my wire to the microphone and contacted the support team. They advised me that one was being shipped out no cost. Great product, outstanding Tech Support. I very highly recommend this company.

Product arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I had a slightly unusual compatibility issue with my particular vehicle and their support team were quick to respond and work to resolve my issue including sending a replacement part at no cost to me

I bought by eonon UX6K-PRO-MAX a couple or three months ago now, and I did a temporary fit into my car, and it worked really well, nice and quick, great screen size, and generally good.
Then, because I am a tad clumsy, whilst using my hot air gun on a connection not to do with eonon, I melted the bit that goes into the power slot. So I contacted eonon, received a very prompt reply, and judging by the tone of the emails between us, they will provide me with another harness at unit cost, plus p&p. This is best of all, if they dont, or didnt, I would be left with best part of £400 worth or table decorations,

Then the order went perfect.
All installation instructions are very clear.

The final product works well and the team from Eonon is very helpful (I had to mail them about the expedition).

They scam you with bad equipment and refuse to honor their return policy. If you buy it and it doesn’t work, you own a piece of junk with no resolution.

Deliberated spending the money on an unknown brand for a 15 year old car. But turned the car into a modern version in moments. Easy install and remaining questions easily answered with straight forward guidance.

Top notch screen, 6gb juicy ram, awesome and responsive customer service with straight forward installation, highly recommend

You get what you pay for: cheap junk. I purchased a unit for my Tacoma, the version I have is pictured on the website and supposed to fit. It doesn’t fit with my clock/hazzard lights button and the steering wheel controls (I tried programming but only two worked after that) nor the back up camera worked; as claimed.
Customer support is complete garbage and is refusing to return my product after multiple messages with customer support.

I was pleasantly surprised the unit I ordered was sent from an Australian location and not from overseas which meant it arrived within a few days of ordering. The unit arrived well packaged and with everything I needed to complete installation. I have installed it into a 2004 Nissan Patrol and it has definitely made a significant upgrade to what was in the vehicle. I have only had it installed two days and as such have not experienced all it features but so far, I am very impressed.

Great head unit, had an issue with the reverse camera which they quickly and very kindly offered to send a replacement. 100% recommend

I recently purchased the Eonon X3 (Linux) head unit.

My requirements were: a bright display, firmware upgrade capability, adjustable microphone gain, good customer support and stable performance for things like Spotify, Navigation and WhatsApp.

The QLED display is very bright and easy to read. Build quality feels solid, and performance is more than sufficient for daily use.
Not sure about the microphone gain yet.

During a firmware upgrade, something went wrong and the unit stopped booting. I had the X3 for less than a week, so i was disappointed. Support resolved the issue immediately and offered a replacement without any discussion. That level of service is not common.

Conclusion: technically a solid head unit with strong value for money and excellent after-sales support. Highly recommended!

I purchased Eonon VWX7 head unit for my 2014 VW Beetle and has been nothing but disappointment and money wasted .

The head unit (CANBUS) drains the car buttery so badly in two days the car will not start. I bought a new battery thinking that was a problem, waste of money.

Eonon Tech support takes forever to respond & keep asking you to cut off wires and solution that don’t work. Why can’t they integrate all that in software.

The problem is the unit continues to draw power from your battery even when vehicle is off. No settings in menu will stop that from happening.

I don’t recommend this product, it can get you stranded with your car anytime. This single problem makes a nice product to be a useless waste of money. Don’t buy it

I just purchased this touch screen Android system for my 2014 Ford F-150 Crew Cab. It works perfectly. Fit perfectly. I purchased separate tail gate built in backup camera.All perfect fits and work.

I wish if Eonon should make tail gate camera with this system. Other than that I’m very happy.
