I've ordered Eamon X3, as was going for a car trip and had no car radio, so I thought ok this looks decent for it's price so I bought it and in the description it says 2-5 days which was giving me extra week. Now the parcel got lost tracking number is still showing it in Germany for past 9 days, got seel insurance as well... Don't get fooled with the insurance it means nothing all this is just a marketing to trick customers, I've no money and no radio that I've purchased 9days ago it's lost in Germany nobody cares very bad customer service... think twice before you commit to buy there hundreds and hundreds of car radios like this online. Avoid this brand it's not worth the money and hassle. I'm going to physical shop to buy radio as in day and some I'm off to my trip so need to have some music in the car! Shame on Eanon and Seel insurance!

Great OEM+ upgrade!
2014 Silverado LTZ with Bose.
I was in the market for an upgrade to my radio that featured Apple CarPlay and had a bigger screen. But I wanted to retain an OEM look due to my phone mounts I have. This was the perfect solution. This product checks all the boxes while keeping that OEM look. It looks like what should have come from the factory in 2014.
I applaud Eonon for the very easy to use instruction manual. Pictures are key.
I would recommended anyone wanting an upgrade that doesn’t break the bank to try this product.

The head unit for my Mazda3 was easy to install. This was no thanks to company schematics and vague at best manual. I was able to watch YouTube videos and found it easy enough. The problem lies in the fact that you get no concise directions on how to operate and or navigate the myriad of functions the radio has. Email responses are slow at best. I've emailed several times so they can send me detailed instructions on how to go through all the radio functions. It would be nice to have instructions on how tooperate and set radio stations, change lighting, change startup logo, toggle back and forth from streaming android music back to radio, adjust and equalize sound, quickly connect an apple phone and the use of many other functions this radio has. I don't want to sit in my car randomly pressing button functions hoping I get it right.

I have used four of their head units now in my BMW 3 Series, two Silverado trucks, and my nieces Chevy Cruze. The models they released or the last 2 years are so responsive and incredibly fast that I am extremely happy with them. Start up time from key on to music is about 1 second. Options on these head units are amazing. My current head unit the UA 12s Plus 6G is amazing. It's already considered an older head unit to compared to their new ones but it is extremely fast and well built. My dog did manage to scratch the screen on it but I called their customer support and they sent me a replacement screen in no time at a very reasonable price. There is no downside to these decks in my opinion and I will be looking to upgrade soon to the newest models to replace my older units that are about 8 years old now.

Installed Eonon E46X6S on my BMW e46 m3 and love it. Finally have Apple Carplay, added front & rear camera + OBD scanner, all works great.
Customer support from Eonon also pretty good, they helped me to figure out some connection issues.

Do not buy anything from this company, terrible customer service, completely ignored Australian Consumer Law, item is faulty, and they are refusing a refund, replacement or to fix it , won't get my money again!

I bought a radio for my BMW. It was fantastic, it fit perfectly, and it worked perfectly for about the first 6 months, until it was 106 degrees Fahrenheit out. I got in my car, looked at the radio to play my music, and the screen was hanging off, so I wrote a review, and Eonon contacted me about helping me get a new radio. After 2 emails in a span of a couple of weeks, they said they would see what they could do. However, I never got a response back, no news on them getting me a new product, or an email on how they couldn't help with my case. I was left in the dark.

Bought a single din Eonon headunit for our BMW 1 series. Arrived quickly and as expected. Upon further advice from Penny at Eonon, we bought a Connects2 wiring harness to make the steering wheel controls and factory parking sensors work. This was all a plug and play experience.

The Eonon unit works exactly as it should. Always connects to Apple Car Play immediately and functions smoothly. All features on the headunit work as intended.

For the price it really cannot be beaten! Cheers Eonon!

After looking in local shops for a Car Head unit that had phone connectivity & reverse camera I was disappointed. While many brands had bluetooth as standard, not a single option was paired with a reverse camera (let alone have dash cam option & playback). After some googling I found Eonon and must say it seemed to good to be true. Purchased the Eonon 7" double din Android 14 which came with a free reverse camera. It fit perfectly into existing wiring harness (75 Series Landcruiser!) and started up and worked without any problems at all. Amazing!

I ordered FDF1X7 for my F-150 and was informed it was out of stock. Customer service was very fast to email me and inform me of this, and offered a free upgrade to a newer, and in stock model. All of my emails were answered within a day or so. Great customer service.

After issues with postal services (order got stuck up somewhere) their customer service has immediately offered to resend the unit. They respond pretty quickly, I have received an answer in less than 24 hours
