It took dozens of emails and 5 weeks to get a refund
UPDATE: I contacted them via Facebook, email, and their website. After leaving this review, I was contacted by someone else who said he would work with us to get a refund. I had disputed the charge with Amex so I canceled the dispute. Despite that I sent screenshots showing the dispute had been canceled on Feb 13, it took Entrupy until March 20 to give us the refund. It was the most frustrating experience and waste of time ever. But I had to spend my time kicking and screaming to get a refund. So my review still stands.
We have used Entrupy for some years. We had to close a location July 2025 and needed to downsize our plan. They don't let you downsize mid-year, so their rep assured us that he had canceled the auto-renew and we'd be able to sign up for the lower Petit plan in Feb 2026 for $1428. HOWEVER when Feb 2026 came, they charged our credit card for the full $6469. We called to explain and Tariq at Entrupy refuses to honor what their rep told us and refuses to let us downsize our plan. They claim there is no record of our chatbox conversation with their rep which I doubt, and of course we did not make that up! They are the greediest vendor I have ever dealt with and want us to pay $6469 for another year of a plan that we are not using. I recommend only going on a month to month with them as they CANNOT be trusted to be honorable and fair. They do NOT offer customer service, only greed.

To note, the only reason the refund took so long was due to the dispute that was opened, which prevented us from refunding the charge as soon as we had hoped. Once the dispute had been closed, the refund was issued promptly.

Entrupy has been a game changer for us. It has given us confidence to buy and sell designer handbags. Our customers are more likely to buy from us if they know that the bag has been authenticated. It would be nice if we were able to find a certificate in our history by typing in the date rather than scroll back page after page. Thank you Entrupy!

ALERT- DO NOT TRUST THIS APPT
ALERT - I purchased a Dior Handbag directly from dior. a client asked for authentication and I got it authenticated by entrupy. One minute the bag says authenticate after 10 minutes they REVOKED the authentication and said can't Indentify this item. I purchased this item from the dior boutique and the customer service is horrible. AI from INDIA. DO NOT TRUST THIS

I have tried to cancel my subscription…
I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times through the device, email, and through the customer portal and they keep trying to charge over $1200 on my credit card. I planned on resubscribing at a later date, but with this type of service I not so sure anymore.

its the third time this happens now with bags being bought in the shop (gucci and ysl and one Chanel) Entrupy gave a false negative. All items came back postive by human authentication and have been personally bought in the store (receipts lost)

Terrible app
Terrible app, had a customer trying to use this to authenticate a genuine Nike item I was selling. Came up "unrecognized" despite the item being genuine, directly from nike. Caused unwanted unnecessary drama with my buyer..

Entrupy is a SCAM. Their product does not work and they cancelled my subscription without explanation and ignore any attempts at communication. Avoid them like the plague!
