I don’t recommend. They haven’t shipped my device and no response from them since 3 weeks ago . I asked them to refund if they couldn’t ship but still nothing from them. I don’t appreciate them stealing my money . I’m going to have to dispute this with my credit card. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company who doesn’t care for customer service. I was better off with legit app. They are quick and don’t require a subscription or device. Save your money and go to the competitors at least they appreciate you and respect your hard earned money.

I still need to find out where my device is! I tried to reach out to UPS and noone could give me informations on why my shipping is been held in Belgium and needs clearance!

I ordered and paid for Entrupy on 2/24. Three weeks later, it has not shipped. Customer service responds intermittently. How Entrupy is the industry leader with this kind of fulfillment and customer service?

Zostałam oszukana i otrzymałam fake torebkę przez platformę, która autoryzowało Entrupy. Platforma nie chciała przyjąć zwrotu. Ich działanie było natychmiastowe - gdyby nie Entrupy nie odzyskałabym swoich pieniędzy. Super pomoc i wsparcie. Jesteście najlepsi.

UPDATE: I contacted them via Facebook, email, and their website. After leaving this review, I was contacted by someone else who said he would work with us to get a refund. I had disputed the charge with Amex so I canceled the dispute. Despite that I sent screenshots showing the dispute had been canceled on Feb 13, it took Entrupy until March 20 to give us the refund. It was the most frustrating experience and waste of time ever. But I had to spend my time kicking and screaming to get a refund. So my review still stands.

We have used Entrupy for some years. We had to close a location July 2025 and needed to downsize our plan. They don't let you downsize mid-year, so their rep assured us that he had canceled the auto-renew and we'd be able to sign up for the lower Petit plan in Feb 2026 for $1428. HOWEVER when Feb 2026 came, they charged our credit card for the full $6469. We called to explain and Tariq at Entrupy refuses to honor what their rep told us and refuses to let us downsize our plan. They claim there is no record of our chatbox conversation with their rep which I doubt, and of course we did not make that up! They are the greediest vendor I have ever dealt with and want us to pay $6469 for another year of a plan that we are not using. I recommend only going on a month to month with them as they CANNOT be trusted to be honorable and fair. They do NOT offer customer service, only greed.
