素晴らしいシステムだと思います。改善希望点。モンクレールの服やエルメスのバーキンなど鑑定スピードが遅い、やはり実務的には３０～６０分ですべての鑑定結果が表示されて欲しい。携帯が入りにくい場所の撮影が難しいので撮影を飛ばすためのスキップボタンが欲しい。自動ピントがなかなか合わない。iPhoneの設定の問題かもしれないが、追加で写真が必要な時に音ありで通知が来ない。解約するのが大変だった。将来的には時計やブランドジュエリーも対応して欲しい。

Following the launch of our new app, we removed the revocation period you mentioned regarding updating results within 15 minutes of an instant result, as all results on the updated app are finalized upon receipt!
With the removal of the 15-minute revocation period and all results being finalized upon receipt, we want to ensure our accuracy is on par with what our customers expect in order to best protect their businesses.
To address what you mentioned about expediting tests for $15, this is not a service that we offer at this time. All submissions are addressed under the same priority to ensure fairness across our customer base.

I’m really not a person that writes…
I’m really not a person that writes many reviews, however this one was necessary. Entrupy had sent out an update to their customers, and at that time, I wasn’t using my machine because I had misplaced the chord that I needed to use the lense. At the time of the email, I emailed back about something completely different, which was my current problem. Literally within 10 minutes Tariq at Entrupy fixed my problem. He updated me to where I could use my phone to authenticate instead of having to use the machine which is even more convenient!! I was so pleased!! I couldn’t believe how quickly that my issue was resolved. Authenticating with Entrupy is the absolute best!! Whole Entrupy takes only about 5-10 minutes, other authentication companies can take up to 2 days which slows my business down. Thank you Entrupy for being the absolute best!!

entrupy did many mistakes and when I asked them to cancel one of my authentication they refused and I did twice for one bag. My recommendation is you only use entrupy when you are an authenticator yourself just to have quick result. because if you are 100 rely on Entrupy you will end up buying a fake bag.
