Never been a gym member before
Never been a gym member before, joined Energie because they seemed really friendly and helpful on my first visit and that is still the case.
I would recommend Energie to anyone especially if like me you're a bit daunted by the prospect of joining a gym for the first time.

Energie Fitness is excellent value for money.
The instructors are all amazing. Really friendly, energetic and a good variety of classes on offer.
My only very small criticism is about the very smelly boxing gloves and there is not always gel in the dispenser in the studio.
I am limited to what days and times I can exercise and would love to see more classes in s Sunday please. Thanks

After joining the gym
After joining the gym, I was so nervous to walk in there thinking that I knew nothing and everyone would stare and judge! I was completely wrong, everyone there is so friendly and approachable and they are always happy to help! Made me feel a lot more comfortable and I love going now!
