I think the gym is really good, I think the equipment is good as well as ask the staff. And I love all the classes especially with abs blast and Terrys classes. He pushes me every week!

Staff made me feel welcome. A safe environment.

Jacob, Izzy and the team are so welcoming and helpful. They encourage and support and that makes the gym feel more welcoming ...and so I go more! Thank you for all of your help so far 🙂😁 Cheryl Harrison

I cannot stress how awful my experience was with Energie Fitness Tunbridge Wells.

After using the gym just once and finding their claim of "top-notch equipment you'd normally only find at a high end gym" to be demonstratively false (machines are very aged and unsafe, with uneven weight balances) I attempted to cancel my membership.

I was then pressured to come in person to justify my reasons for cancelling which is entirely unreasonable, but it didn't stop there.

Energie Fitness thankfully cancelled my membership, but are claiming I am liable to pay not just this month's fee despite only using the gym once (a violation of the Consumer Contracts Regulations) but the following month's fee, also, due to not giving 30 day's notice; despite this being impossible due to their payment schedule requiring payments on the first of the month, despite the date at which you signed up. In my case, I signed up on the 15th and therefore there is no case in which it would be possible for me to give 30 day's notice.

This is entirely unreasonable and unfair practice - designed to trap customers into paying at least two months' worth of fees.

They claim their T&Cs override the statutory right to the 14-day cooling off period - allowing cancellation without penalty - which I attempted to exercise, which is completely false and unlawful.

Energie Fitness then continued to threaten me with debt collection despite me making my rights quite clear, which was very stressful. I am a student and this entire ordeal has been very stressful and financially burdensome.

Never sign up to this gym - or if you do, please be aware that they will try and intimidate and manipulate you.

Tunbridge wells, good variety of equipment and friendly staff, especially Izzy!

I joined Energie Fitness with a couple of friends, after our previous small group PT gym closed down suddenly. Despite being a bit nervous about joining a regular gym, it has been a great move. The choice of classes are great and you are made to feel welcome. I especially like the Strength Blast. I have become more confident using the equipment. Would definitely recommend joining up.

One of the best gyms in Tunbridge Wells, the staff are so helpful and lovely! Izzy especially was really helpful when I didn't know how to use certain equipment. Overall it is an amazing gym.

Izzy Is the most wonderful,patient and the kind person ever. She made me fell very welcome to all my visits and has really helped my self image and fell more comfortable about coming into the gym.

She always greets everyone with a smile and is always helping people when required.

I joined this gym about 8 months ago, and I’ve been really impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly, the gym is well-equipped with everything you need, and the classes are excellent. On top of all that, the membership is very affordable, making it great value for money.

Clientele seems pretty poser-free, and the staff are legends; friendly, helpful and keen to create a supportive wellness community environment. Izzy for president. I've gone in both mornings and evenings and it's never been crowded. The one class I've attended (yoga) was just what the doctor ordered.

Very easily the best gym in Tunbridge wells. Such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. With a multitude of equiptment avaliable. I especially enjoy attending classes here.
All staff and fantastic, Special mention to Jacob who goes above and beyond.
