Energie Fitness - Tunbridge Wells Omdömen 

Nice gym but under no circumstances go for the yearly contract, there is no 14/30 day cooling off period and despite a few issues I have been unable to cancel membership and will now have to pay a year for both of us even though I probably will never return 😔. Not told this when joining so my advice would be go for the month to month instead.

I've only recently joined this Gym but I'm very grateful that I have, it's one of the best Gyms that I've belonged to.
I've found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the coach that I use is superb - thanks H.

The Gym itself is quite big and so there's ample room to have a good workout. The equipment is good quality and there is a good choice of weights, the Gym is also very clean and even the parking is free.

It really is a pleasure working out here and I'm always looking forward to my next visit.

I honestly thought this was a good gym, when the previous manager was in place he was extremely friendly, welcoming & attentive. He was also very approachable.

Since the new management I had nothing but trouble. I was in hospital with meningitis & fluid on the brain. My partner called into cancel however was unable to on my behalf. When I was able to 2 months later I emailed in as it states in their Tc’s and C’s that due to medical reasons the contract can be terminated.

6 long months passed and a lot of recovering they point blank refused to cancel the membership. Many phone calls and arguing over the fact I was near death didn’t seem to bother them at all.

The manager was never dealing with this and passed it through a new member of staff he had only been there a matter of weeks. I asked to speak to the manager but was never able to. I presume because they knew they was in the wrong!

Money was so tight for all of my illness & recovery but sadly I had to relive this and send them photos of me Hooked to machines to finally cancel my membership 1 month before it was due to end anyway.

I would really love to speak to the manager of Tunbrdidge wells & escalate this to gain a refund as I think their customer service absolutely stinks.

Great gym, very friendly. Also great app for tracking workouts and for inspiration.

Amazing staff so friendly and helpful! Always such a welcoming environment and the staff are always doing their bit to help out with any enquiries

I'm loving Zumba and Zumba Tone with Marika. Her classes are fabulous. Certainly hope they continue. I find Marika to be a brilliant instructor.

The gym is very friendly and helpful to people like me who are new to the gym. It is also clean!

I cannot recommend enough ENERGIE FITNESS! Great and helpful staff, good working equipment, great atmosphere!

I walked in and no one judges you ,everyone is polite and friendly, and staff are always there to help. Your greated with a smile and a friendly face .

Me, my husband & my son & I have one of my colleagues/friend that use this gym we are happy with the gym as all the staff are Very friendly and welcoming , very professional and always happy to give advice on the equipment and how to use it the right way even give you good advice on eating healthy.

Not bad for an affordable gym, has all the equipment needed. The showers aren’t great though irritating pressing the button every couple of seconds for some water!

Energie Fitness is a brilliant gym, so welcoming and such a great atmosphere! There's a variety of classes and the personal trainers are second to none. Highly recommend!
