Energie Fitness - Hampton Hill Omdömen 

I usually attend classes here and love how varied they are each week compared to previous gyms I’ve gone to. The instructors always motivate you to push yourself harder and generally are really friendly and always more than happy to advise with any fitness queries.

Honestly, I love this gym! Have been to others over the years, for me, none came close. I love the fact people here talk to one another. The staff are super friendly and empathic and always have time for you. I haven't looked back and have made many friends to share my training journey. The classes are varied and all have a high quality workout.

Just did a Pilates class (Tuesdays at 10.45am)..My first ever Pilates class at the Hampton Hill Gym and absolutely LOVED it! The trainer made me feel so welcome and comfortable and I cannot wait to do many more Pilates classes with such friendly people! Thank you to the Hampton Hill Gym Team also, because they have been super friendly and so welcoming, truly a lovely atmosphere to workout in!

Was at this gym for nearly two years. Parts of the floor were always broken, the music was always way too loud and one staff member was incredible rude to me. Complained via their website, but never bothered to respond so I left, which was the best thing I did. It use to be really cheap, but it is now in competition with a lot of local gyms in the area. Wouldn’t go back.

Great welcome when enquiring and proficient sign up to join. Feel there is a team spirit. Efficient booking for induction with Dylan. He really is personable and very capable to advise on exercises to achieve goals.

First Ever spin class

I recently attended my first ever spin class led by the amazing instructor, Emma. It was a game-changer! Emma's expertise and knowledge, along with a very welcoming approach to a newbie like myself put me at ease straight away. She guided us with precision and clarity, ensuring proper form and technique. Emma's dedication and hard work pushed us to our limits, creating an electric atmosphere (not to mention the energy pumping soundtrack). Emma made the class inclusive for all fitness levels, fostering a sense of community. Her positive attitude and uplifting energy made the class a joy to be a part of. I highly recommend Emma's spin class for a challenging and motivating workout experience.

This may have been my first spin class, but if Emma ever has a space in the future - it will not be my last.

This is a well run gym, super well equipped with easily approachable staff where needed.
It’s open early and late 7 days a week and is good value for money given what’s on offer. The key fob entry is a nice touch meaning busy people can come and go as they please without any distractions. It’s very much do your own thing, but there’s more in terms of classes and personal training if you want and if you need help just ask.

very good gym, equipment is nice. I like the plate loaded row machine and plate loaded shoulder press.

They also have plate loaded chest press machine and a very nice cable seated row machine.

Good cardio equipment as well, the gym is a bit cold inside though especially in winter. They could add a calf raise machine and one or two machines for the biceps and triceps.

I couldn’t not write a review on the spin cycle classes with Emma at energie, They are absolutely incredible! I leave feeling like I’ve worked so hard and that’s exactly what I’m looking for. Emma’s communication during the class and overall presence around the gym is fantastic, always bringing a smile and an energy that is unmatched. Only a shame that she doesn’t seem to work more because she is an asset to the team. Thanks Emma, you’re amazing!

Finding a new gym is as stressful as finding a new hairdresser or beauty therapist. I am so pleased that I found Energie fitness in Hampton hill. I have recently relocated, and, although I tend to train alone, the staff are very welcoming. The facilities are perfect for what I need. I love the Yard, though have not yet managed to try out a class there - but it is great to have the space for functional training on my own. The opening hours are pretty generous too.

This is a great little gym … equipment is in excellent condition and gym always neat and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful

Nice enough gym but be careful: the terms say you can cancel a membership for health reasons, but it appears that doesn't extend to cancellation for mental health issues. Or I assume that is the case given the manager can't even be bothered to return my (numerous) calls.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good equipment level and great trainers.

Amazing gym with great equipment and it’s very clean. However I would like to see a few more machines since there is some empty floor space available. Such as a hack squat machine, Lat raise, preacher curl or calf raise for example. Also, there should be another bar attachment for the cables because it’s always annoying to find it or wait for it.

Can get Hack Squat and Abductor/Aductor Machine.

Still the place to be: sense of community, members who clean and rack after use, great roster of staff that listen - when I first joined i asked for hamstring section and then months later they got machine that does hammys, back/ core hyper extensions. I wrote my first review after a month and 5 months in still yet to be let down.
