I was a bit tedious on joining the gym but I have started and to my surprise I actually enjoy it, the place is a little gem with all the work out stuff you would need for any kind of workout, also everyone is just getting on with there own stuff, you don't have to wait to long to get onto a machine a great place to just do your stuff, highly recommend.

This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It has a real community and is all inclusive and not alt all intimidating. There is also a great selection of classes.
Big shout out to the manager, Rachel who was great at sorting out a problem I had with my membership. Highly recommend

Ideal for gym newbies
I've never joined a gym before as I've always found them a little intimidating.
I have also felt a little self conscious whenever I've considered gaining a membership previously, so the biggest compliment I can pay Energie Gym (Hampton) is that from my first trail day with them I felt so welcomed and comfortable and I'm now in my second year as a member.
The staff regularly go above and beyond and I like to think of them as friends now.
Other members pretty much leave you to your own devices, but are always willing to help or advise if required.
If you're unsure about joining any gym I would suggest popping in to speak to the team in Hampton Hill and I'm confident you'll feel at home instantly.
Wide choice of classes and equipment and at a fair price make this a perfect place to get in shape.

Gym wins my gold medal
This is not only the best value gym I have used, but also the friendliest. There is an excellent choice of facilities and machines in great condition. If anything does go wrong, they are repaired quickly. But the true accolade of this gym are the staff. Rach and her team can never do enough to help and their advice is second to none. Always knowledgeable and friendly. It’s well worth having a trail day if you aren’t a member.

Rejoined after exactly one year…Trained a lot on my own, but after only two classes&new amazing instructors I won’t be able to walk for another year!

Enjoy the classes, whilst they book up fast its still manageable to book some classes and I've had some friendly gym members also correct me on needing to adjust the cycle during one of my classes which I was glad for

Really good local gym
I’ve been a member pretty much since day one and I love this gym. The staff are friendly and engaging, but not overbearing, and the equipment is good. The atmosphere is also really good, no arrogant or intimidating people, just friendly people who would help when asked, or give you encouragement. Would definitely recommend.

Warm and welcoming gym
I’ve been a member since day one and I have to say that is by far the best gym I’ve ever joined. It is very welcoming and inclusive. The staff are super friendly and engaging but also pushes you to go the extra mile. There is no arrogant gym goers just friendly people that has now become my friends.
