I have recently joined this gym and I am really enjoying here it’s a good place for me. And their staff members are really helpful and cooperative.
Environment is perfect and one best thing they care about us and very good in hygiene.

Great gym giving good value on a great…
Great gym giving good value on a great location. Close to Dart and buses. Welcoming team who provided good help for set up. Good group classes included if you want. Good range of equipment including sledge run and clean gym.

As a person who would feel awkward…
As a person who would feel awkward going to a gym. I had nothing to worry about from as soon as I entered. Welcomed with a smile and made feel relaxed. Got shown a few machines and instructed to do 3 rounds of 12 rep's after 5 minutes warm up on the treadmill.

A truly exceptional experience.
I've genuinely high expectations and Énergie does infact exceed them in terms of such approachable and eager to assist staff, equipment sanitising initiatives, respectful goers, group classes and the functioning of the gym as a whole. It doesn't feel like a commercial fitness centre but more so local and personalised. One can not find fault with the gym in my experience.

Top quality gym in DL 👌
I have been a member of Energie Fitness Dun Laoghaire for the past 6 months.
On joining I met all the trainers, was provided with a tour of all facilities and well informed on all the classes. Both the facilities and classes are second to none. All trainers are very knowledgeable and informative and I always leave with a great buzz. Siofra and Ryan in particular are excellent coaches, for both weights/pilates and boxing/cardio classes. I have recommended Energie to both my housemates who are now members and loving it.
