The energies Fitness is a very good gym,
Located in Dun Laoghaire has a very nice and friendly atmosphere. The gym provides lots of great fitness classes, that is something I was looking for. I'm very happy and satisfied about my workout.

The classes are brilliant- like a semi-private PT format. Staff are brilliant, so friendly and are always so helpful. Overall really nice vibe in the place and one of the best gyms I’ve gone to!
