Fantastic, supportive and caring staff! Energie Fitness offer a great range of classes and equipment which can help to aid your fitness journey. All staff are approachable and happy to help with all of your needs.

I love it here. I am as nervous to join a gym, but the team are brilliant

Nice clean gym, staff are really friendly and always help. Love the fact it is a quiet gym and equipment is always available. Also the equipment is really good than other gyms.

A no attitude, no bulls**t gym with friendly staff. Easy parking and a great selection of equipment. Gym looks brand new and has everything you need. Great changing facilities and classes. Close to local supermarkets and fuel stations, which makes it ideal for before and after work sessions.
Always playing good tunes during opening hours. Has decent WiFi.

The staff are all so friendly, the gym is a great space with an array of classes to take.
Ricky & Chloe’s classes are second to none!
Eden has also been great and sent me a workout plan which I have been using when not attending class’

Very Welcoming, Clean and Great Equipment.

After completing my physiotherapy course for a torn ACL, I joined Énergie Fitness Cheltenham to rebuild my fitness after 18 months out. The classes run throughout the day from 6:15am which fits perfectly with my work/family commitments.
The classes are fun, encouraging and not for the feint hearted!
Loved every session, highly reccomended

I have recently joined. And I can honestly say the staff make me feel very welcome. Always up for a chat. And will give advice whenever you need it. The gym itself and the equipment is brilliant. I would definitely recommend anyone to join.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and no big egos. Makes working out enjoyable.

All the team that work here have been super friendly. The gym is always super clean and tidy and for someone who really struggles with confidence, it’s been a nice place to go and workout.

Energie fitness is a great gym.
Good quality PTs and instructors for all classes.
Ricky goes above and beyond in his classes to make sure you get the best out of every workout.
If he notices a particular thing that you need to work on he will show you one to one at the end of the class.
It's great that the gym isn't oversubscribed and it is always so clean and welcoming.

It's exceptionally clean and follows covid guidelines perfectly.
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the equipment is fantastic with lots of choice and easy to use.
It's a mixed gym, but don't let that put you off as everyone is there for the same reason: To train!
There are classes and PT sessions available too!
All in all cannot fault it!
