A very friendly and welcoming gym! I have joined gyms before, but never had the confidence to come on my own, which means my time as a member was often short lived. Energie fitness is different. Staff are all very approachable, helpful and inclusive. I now have the confidence to come to the gym 3 times a week by myself without feeling anxious or intimidated.
The gym has many staff/personal trainers then genuinely want to help you, along with great classes, equipment and a fun atmosphere.
Energie fitness has been a huge stepping stone towards my fitness progression and only after 4 months know I will be a member for a long time coming. Thanks Energie!

I bought a two day pass here and had a great experience. The staff were so helpful and were on hand to answer any questions e.g. how to set up a machine. The set up of the gym floor was nice and simple with a good range of free weights, floor space etc and facilities were clean.

I will definitely come back here again the next time I’m in cheltenham!

I’m a 54 year old woman with a ridiculous amount of health conditions, never step foot inside a gym before now. My main reason for joining was to improve my fitness and health, lose weight and improve my mental wellbeing. I have zero confidence when it comes to being anywhere near a gym but I knew it had to be done.
I booked in to meet with Greg in October 24.
He was so gentle and empathetic with me and knew just how anxious and nervous I was. He introduced me to all the equipment but as I have limitations on what I can do, I decided all I could manage was the treadmill and rowing machine. I started off a few days a week doing small sessions as my anxiety was through the roof and barely spoke to anyone bar Greg, Charlie and AJ. As my fitness improved so did my confidence and my anxiety decreased. Fast forward to now and I do 4/5 classes a week, chat to others and even smile!
My husband and friend has also joined and it’s now part of my weekly routine. I recently went on holiday for a week but used the hotel gym three times to keep the momentum going so I didn’t lose motivation and give up which has always been very easy for me to do!
I would never ever think I would be writing a review for a gym, but here I am.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Greg, AJ, Lucas, Charlie and all the other staff members that I didn’t dare look at let alone talk to, for making me feel part of the gym community and always supporting me to do better, despite my constant moaning (swearing) and sarcasm 🤣.
You have valued me more than I have ever valued myself, that’s more than being just a gym, and getting people through the door, that’s truely knowing your members and being part of their journey.

Still waiting for replies to my emails requesting the same thing about being overcharged and not having resolved 3 months later. They respond on here saying to contact directly when I have done so multiple times yet still no refund or response. Unacceptable.

Great first intro to the gym from Lucas, took the time to show us around and advised on how to do exercises and use the equipment correctly.
The gym has a great atmosphere and very welcoming to all, staff are always happy to help with any questions. I would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere classes are fab

I found out about energie fitness on Instagram when I was searching for a gym to join. I was really nervous to join a gym and deal with all the social anxiety that accompanies that especially when overweight and very unfit. But I haven’t looked back!

All the staff at the gym are friendly and welcoming and there is a great community feel. The classes are loads of fun and I look forward to them every week! There’s even social events, and online classes/videos you can book/use via the app when you can’t get to the gym in person.

Theres good equipment, classes are bookable via the app, and plenty of parking 👍🏻

If you’re looking for a new gym or new gym community, I 100% recommend energie fitness!

You won't find another gym as good as this one.

Area for classes is very small and limited equipment but right now meets my needs.

Very friendly and welcoming gym which doesn’t get too busy even at peak times. All equipment is of an excellent standard and has everything I need.
