Instructors were late
Instructors were late, or not show up to the classes. There have been multiple occasions where I have attend classes, and on all occasions, the instructor has either been late or not shown up. Even though different classes, they seem all to have the same structure (5 exercises, 50s work, rest, repeat 3 times). The instructors have not been motivating enthusiastic, nor does it seem like they want to be there. These classes are good but could be great with more prompt and motivating instructors.

Pull up made my experience very good…
Pull up made my experience very good and I will love to become calisthenics in future.
The company or the gym really they doing quite interesting and I liked.

There’s a serious problem with…
There’s a serious problem with membership fees here. I stopped my membership in May, but both in May and in June I was still charged - they explained it with their ‘policy’. To my great surprise, they took the membership fee from my account also in July!! I haven’t used the gym since May and it was acknowledged (via email) that I’m no longer a member. So, why do they keep charging???? I had to contact my bank,

Gym experience
The gym is very crowded at times,it would help if the operating hours was extended slightly. the bathrooms and shower need better attention/cleaning accessories. There is also no way to give notice or cancel the contract held with the gym.

Great and friendly, but not very cleab
The positives is that there are tons of free weights, and usually not a long wait for equipment. The 3 stars for me is because of the cleanliness. It’s actually quite filthy, and lots of the equipments doesn’t look like it’s had a wash in months.

Not a bad gym
Not a bad gym but it could do with a better range of equipment and more benches. These get taken from the free weights area meaning that there is always quite a wait to get one. The gym needs more plates across all pieces of equipment.

Brentford Energie Fitness
Brentford Energie Fitness. I signed up to a trial in November after my shower was broken and unusable for a week. I spoke to someone in there and they told me to email the manager to see if I can just sign up for a trial so I can use their shower. I didn't get a response, so signed up because I had no other option and was starting a new job and couldn't go without showering. I used the shower once and because it was so unpleasant I didn't go back. I cancelled the membership. I was aware I'd have to pay £34.99 unfortunately. I then got an email saying I owed £54.99 and to pay it by the 3rd of March. I've gone to pay it today after waiting for payday, and I owe over £100?? I emailed the manager again last month and was ignored again. My account doesn't exist so I can't pay it. But I was given to the 3rd to pay £54.99. I'm contacting trading standards tomorrow because this is truly the most baffling gym scam I've seen.

A decently good gym
All the machines are available, and are in decently good condition.
but there is a lack of certain small equipment such as push up bars, skipping rope, waist belts, etc.

I really like the gym
I really like the gym, how close It is from home and the staff, plus the Yoga class and the online availability to book into sessions is really good (LOVE the Pilates class). I do have noticed though that the wifi It used to have is not available any more, the Zumba and the Bollywood dance class is given by the same teacher (who does not give any instructions to follow her), the previous Zumba teacher was more interactive.

Overcrowded gym
The gym facilities and the equipment are good. But the gym is always over crowded. It definitely seems to be oversubscribed. The live count feature in the app doesn't work at all to plan our visit.
