Best staff and really well equipped gym!

Outstanding professional and helpful staff. Great facility, clean. I travel the world, very very very nice facility.

I joined this gym, in Brentford about 3 weeks ago and I’m loving it. All the staff are ver friendly and welcoming. I am in heart failure and have been part wheelchair bound for 10 yesrs since having a heart attack and bypass surgery.
The trainers are very helpful and knowledgable. They are there and help you with anything.
The gym has excellent equipment and there is a lovely atmosphere.
It’s not like some gyms where you are looked at and judged if your a larger person.
The people I’ve met at the gym have also all been very friendly and helpful. The trainers are also very keen to help you with the nutrition side of things as well.
They are a fantastic team and do an amazing job at encouraging you and motivating you in the difficult days.
I totally recommend this gym it’s everything you need to get fit and the staff are the best.

Very big gym compared to the previous ones I've been to. Amazing range of equipment for the price, they even have a calisthenics section which is one of my favourites parts of the gym because it's very rare to see one without being a high-end gym! Overall, very satisfied.

I Recently joined Brentford Énergie Club. Nice club and staff. Good price good facilities. I had been to a dinner party which was near the club by chance! I managed to loose my handbag on the way home. Luckily for me I lost it outside my club! A fellow gym member found it on the way into the club first thing in the morning and handed it in to the club. The very smart gym employee took my name from my bank card and checked their system on the off chance, and found I was a member. They sent me a message re the find! I was extremely lucky that my bag was found by a lovely co-gym member, and double lucky the staff member made the efforts he did to find out the owner of the bag. I am happy to have the return of my lovely Michael Kors bag, money cards and all else in bag! Thank you guys x

I’m very disappointed with your new app!!... firstly you took off the information regarding how many people were in the gym! This must definitely be put back on the app! It was one on the main reasons why I joined your gym. It gives me the security knowing how people are in there when booking. There’s to much navigation to go through before you get to what you want to book, also I have referred two friends to join which they have. You used to give incentive for referrals.
On a positive note your staff are very nice & always happy to help. There all very approachable.

Great, friendly staff, who are always very helpful. The gym has everything both my wife and i need. Has never been over busy when we've been which is great.

All is fine, gym is spacious and very clean, everyone is very nice and friendly. Most classes are very good. My only wish would be Zumba the instructor to be more engaging with people and explaining the steps.

This review is for The Jungle Body dance cardio class with Arianne. She is brilliant instructor with good music. The class is so welcoming and supportive for members of all levels. We leave the class feeling really energised. Please put on more classes with Arianne!

Very basic gym,others provide more for same price. Weight machines need a good service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. .

I’ve only recently joined the gym, I’m a woman in my 60s and have never been in a gym before, I’m really enjoying my experience and I’m wondering why Iv never joined before, so I guess I’m saying no matter your age get out there and get fit it’s never too late..😀

I went in to rejoin and arrange some personal training. I was made to feel very welcome and both members of staff I spoke to were professional and friendly. Everything was completed very quickly.
Since then I have been to the gym several times both for PT sessions & individually. All staff have been friendly every time and the PT Emma has given me good, stretching sessions to get me going.

I've become a member for 2 months while my gym at work is being renovated - although I'd say Energie is inferior to that before it closed for a facelift! The equipment is adequate but not as good as what I'm used to - though the Stride machine is great. Unfortunately the WiFi is so bad that I have to disconnect and rely on using data on my phone. Otherwise, I can only play 5-10 seconds of music before it pauses and buffers! Aside from the fact I'd rather not use my data, there are areas of the gym that have a very low signal.

I've made 7-8 visits in the last 2 weeks and had to ask staff on 2 occasions to replenish the paper towels. You'd think with Covid and the expectation of members to clean equipment after use that wouldn't be happening!
