Great small sized gym
Great small sized gym. Has a range of cardio and weight lifting equipment. Can't beat the price. I've been to other gyms that cost the same but with much worse quality of equipment. Can get busy at times but that is to be expected.

I think overall the gym is great value…
I think overall the gym is great value and run well. Fellow gymers are generally respectful of one another , most putting weights back, letting each other jump in between sets and this creates a good vibe. Only drawbacks are the showers (which I don't use anymore anyway) and the occasional leaks in the gym itself

Stated of well, but limited to no boxing classes.
High staff turn over now. Also it would be nicer if it was open later over the weekend

I really like the classes and the…
I really like the classes and the trainers.
The classes are small so they’re nice and intimate and the trainers know you by name which makes us feel like a part of the family.
There’s also a sauna which is really handy!
Clean changing rooms and showers etc. Nothing to complain about.

Facilities are reduced in space
Facilities are reduced in space. The women dressing room for example. Also when it comes to repair something, it takes 2 or 3 months to repair. I think that is not right

Lovely gym with good free weights area
Lovely gym with good free weights area, kettlebels and cardio machines. Good crowd and helpful staff. Only draw back is the small changing room (mens) gets cramped during peak hours.

The classes are good but there does not seem to be help with the equipment unless you book a PT session that costs extra.

Great gym with brilliant facilities and…
Great gym with brilliant facilities and trainers. nice people and atmosphere generally. Can get a bit overcrowded at peak times but otherwise I can’t fault it.

Value for money. Decent amount of equipment. Has a sauna which is a bonus. Men’s changing rooms a bit tight at times.
