They were efficient and courteous. I was able to continue my 500 mile journey.

Unlike previous visit
Unlike previous visit, today it wasn't perfect, operator returned car with tyre pressure fault and warning saying both front tyres been air this was clear for any driver to see when starting car.fault was quickly resolved, but operator should have noticed this and sorted it.

Not too happy
My son took his car for a new tyre ready for his MOT and was told the other front tyre was at 3.5mm and was OK. He has taken it for an MOT and has been told the cord is showing on the inside of the tyre that he was told was ok 5 days before. We have always had a great service with Ripley but this has made us think about our future plans.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m really sorry to hear about your son’s experience. I completely understand why this would be frustrating, especially as you’ve trusted our Ripley branch before and previously received great service.
From our inspection at the time, the tyre showed around 3.5mm of tread and did not present any visible concerns during the check. However, hearing that the cord was later found showing on the inside is clearly worrying, and I’m very sorry this has left you questioning your future plans with us. That’s never the experience we want any of our customers to have.

Budget tyres but premium experience
I needed all 4 tyres replacing pre mot so spent some time looking at various outlets and a variety of tyres. Due to budget restrictions I went for budget tyres and the best option I found was with Eden. The company is easy to deal with not pushy with the extras and kept me informed with what they found throughout. Thank you.

Last week,
I attended Eden Tyres in Leicester,
with a nail in my tyre @ 08.30.
They did not have a replacement in stock,
as they were ROF’s.
They ordered a tyre in from head office,
asked me to return @ 15.30,
when they promptly fitted the new tyre.
An excellent level of service.

Shocking customer experience; avoid if you are able to!
Shocking customer service! Eden Tyres and Servicing Market Harborough.
I had a an MOT appointment at 2pm, left home at 1.45, (1 mile from garage) and caught in horrendous traffic, Gores Lane, Kettering Road, St Marys etc literally stuck for 25 mins trying to get 1 mile.
Walked in a 2.10pm, I said hello mate, and was not greeted with a hello back, I mentioned I have an appointment for 2.00pm and was told "I had" an appointment at 2.00pm! I asked for this be repeated and was told again "I had" an appointment. About as patronizing as you can get, however it got better. I asked what this meant? still no clarity on answer, and I mentioned the traffic situation, to which I was then asked do I live in Harborough, yes I do I replied, I was told then you should have known! Thanks for that, working from home today, I was not checking for traffic updates every 5 mins for a local garage.
I asked to clarify are you saying the 10 mins which has passed since 2pm means my appointment is cancelled, to which the answer was finally yes.
No acknowledgement of the travel issues in Harborough today, no apology, no attempt to see if it could still be squeezed in today.
I don't normally do reviews, however genuinely shocked at the customer service, or lack of, the patronizing approach and unwillingness to even acknowledge or seek to find a solution. Eden Tyres & servicing are new to the area and definitely one to avoid following this experience.

Following your review, we have spoken directly with the team involved. On the day of your appointment, the branch was experiencing testing delays due to issues with the brake roller equipment, which had impacted the schedule. However, we fully acknowledge that a delay of 10 minutes should have been handled with greater flexibility and clearer, more courteous communication.
While an alternative appointment was offered, we accept that more could have been done to try and accommodate you on the day. We have since reinforced with the branch that, wherever operationally possible, a 10–15 minute grace period should be applied to MOT bookings, particularly where unforeseen circumstances such as local traffic disruption occur.
Above all, our expectation is that every customer is treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of the situation. We regret that this was not your experience on this occasion.
Your feedback has been taken seriously and discussed internally as part of improving both our scheduling approach and our customer communication standards.

Excellent Service
I popped into the tyre shop today without a booking because I was struggling to remove a szied tyre valve. Luca and Giuseppe were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. Even though I hadn’t made an appointment, they took the time to assist me and quickly sorted out the problem.
Really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. Great customer service — thank you both! Highly recommend this place.

I needed to have my BMW s wheel…
I needed to have my BMW s wheel alignment checked, Which is a part of regular servicing checks.
I looked and found ETS and booked on line which took only a few minutes and I was very pleased to get it booked in same day and free.
My visit was hassle free and very efficient by helpful staff the test was done and the adjustment made without any problems and I was on my way home in less than half an hour.
