Water Dispenser total rubbish does not chill supposed to be cold and ambient. Supposed to send replacement never heard anything for 8 days I phoned again no stock so asked for refund. Told cannot uplift machine for 2 weeks as only one person trained to contact Parcel Force and he is on holiday this company is a joke.

Service started OK.. then it just died.
Service started OK.. but it quite quickly fell into severe decline. It takes 7-10 working days to get a vague response to an email. SLAs for repairs and planned filter changes are never met, or even attempted in most cases. We did buy our watercoolers from them, but the servicing side is going somewhere else. An absolute joke.

First of all, their customer service is absolutely the worst.
I placed an order on 26th April. Since 28th April, the order status has shown “In Transit.” I waited a few days and emailed customer support for an update—no response.
I followed up again after a few days—still nothing. I waited another 2–3 weeks and contacted them once more to request a refund, which is more than reasonable at this point. Again, no response.
Eventually, I contacted my bank and submitted a refund request with all the supporting evidence. Only then did Eden Springs finally respond to my last email.
Their customer support claimed: “From the tracking information, I can see that on 30.04.25 a request was made by yourself to the courier for a later delivery date. Please contact Parcel Force to arrange your delivery.”
That is a complete lie. I never contacted Parcel Force at any point.
I replied and told them this was false—and, once again, no response until now.
But now they’ve gone back to my bank, saying they don’t agree with my refund claim!
So not only have they failed to deliver the order since April, ignored all my emails, and lied about courier communication, but they now want to charge me for a product I never received?
Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling Customer Service
Leaving an updated review for this firm, 2 years after my last one, as we are still stuck with a coffee machine that either isn't working at all, or something won't work. Their customer service is appalling - we had 3 - 6 months of NO COFFEE MACHINE - and when we finally got it up and running, it broke again. Called Customer Service, we were told, they won't send us an Engineer as we hadn't ordered any supplies in x months!!!! Of course, we hadn't - we haven't had a working machine and have stock that can't be used elsewhere. You might get delivery of your machine, but the service after is so bad, you'll regret your purchase! We do.

We are owed 28.80 from 25/3. Hardly a large amount but still not refunded. We have been a very longstanding customer & might expect to have been dealt with better.
Update: as of today (7/5) they have not even properly responded to our emails. Disgraceful imo.

Room temperature tea anyone....
My cooler finally arrived today after waiting for more than 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I had previously called to chase and was promised a call-back which never happened. There was also no response to emails sent. I also did not receive any emails advising of the delivery date.
The main problem though is that the cooler that has arrived is not what I ordered. I specifically went with this cooler so that we could have hot and cold water. This cooler has room temperature and cold water! Not ideal for hot drinks! Was told by the driver you don't do hot water coolers any longer?!? So why on earth have I been sold one? Have emailed again but I won't hold my breath for a response.
