Terrible service
Have been with them for 3 years, but the last 6 months we get emails your delivery will be X date, always moves and never turns up. Finally cancelled as we cannot get a constant flow of deliveries.

The only asset to this company is the delivery person.
The only asset to this company is the friendly local delivery person. Customer service is appalling and equally appalling is contract maintenance. I've been trying to terminate my contract for nearly 5 months, no joy. Despite providing contract details, i.e., phone and email, the first reply asks me for contact details. Nearly five months later, the friendly delivery man, who not long ago delivered 4 bottles of water, clearly unaware of my cancellation request, asked if I needed water. Instead, I saddled him with the task of returning the water cooler and the 4 bottles of water. If not, I wonder if I may have so been trying to get the contracts team to do so maybe 5 months from now.
In the almost 2 years, despite the contract stating that the cooler will be cleaned and maintained, not once was this done. I dread to think what the inside looks like.
Poor service, if not for the decent delivery person, I'd have said non-existent service.

I have been trying to terminate my…
I have been trying to terminate my contract as the service continues to deteriorate along with increased costs.
Despite numerous calls to customer services and emailing via the 'my advisor' on the portal - no response. Apparently they are very busy. Prices have increased by 50% in 3.5years. Going up again today.
I have also had to chase for the sanitisation of the machine twice in the 3.5years. Delivery time has increased to 1 week, and the minimum changed to 4 bottles or a hefty delivery charge. Very poor.

Excellent, prompt service and friendly staff
Excellent, prompt service and friendly, helpful Cooler Technician. Matthew the Cooler Technician who attended our site today was friendly and spent time discussing future cooler options for our office. As well as this he gave us tips on keeping our water cool for all users and explained more about how the cooler is working.
