Avoid at all costs. Months of problems over a simple repeat order. Multiple phone calls on hold for in excess of 25 minutes - at which point your call will be terminated. Don't complete the contact form because these are not read. Finally able to get through to speak to a person who was very helpful and managed to process a delivery. That was 2 months ago with the promise of a regular delivery on a 4 weekly basis....which didn't happen. I've been chasing the latest delivery for a month now. Promised delivery date came and went. No replies to my chaser emails. Utterly useless.

Awful company. After a leaking machine damaging our carpet, we called them many times and never turned up, I called them 3 times to cancel our contract and asked them to collect their machine. They kept sending us invoices, when I called back they had no records of the number of machines I had and no record of contract cancelling either. They are USELESS, I still have the machine, no one has picked it up and yet they keep sending invoices. 4 months to fix it.. nobody turned up... awful company. They are blacklisted as far as I am concerned.

Awful service, in fact the worst service. No one turns up after multiple appointments. Haven't seen anyone since last year. Please do not rent any units from them.

Absolutely terrible service. We have been waiting for our water delivery and have contacted this company more than a dozen times, yet they still have failed to deliver. Despite repeated calls and promises that it would be sorted, nothing has been done.

To not provide water during peak summer or respond properly to customers is completely unacceptable. The lack of reliability, communication, and customer care has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst service ever! They missed our delivery 4 times and still no resolution even after contacting them 10 times.

Here we have a great example of a company which are utterly useless. From the directors to the staff. Don’t take over a company like bwt if you can’t handle the new customer load or has a system in place! Been trying to get through to somebody by call and email and have 0 response. My machine has been empty of water for over a month now and in this heat my staff have struggled which has forced me to spend hundreds on water bottles…… talk about going in debt to buy another company and causing more debt by loosing customers.

AWFUL SINCE BWT TOOK OVER.
No water delivery despite this being on a 4 week schedule, no answer to calls and no response to email. We will be switching suppliers asap.

Absolutely a joke.

I've been trying to get a water delivery for over a month now. My last successful delivery was back in March, which gives you an idea of just how poor the service has been.

During this time, I've been actively chasing updates and have been lied to repeatedly. Every time, the excuse is that there's an issue at the depot—never with your company.

I suggest you take ownership of the problems you're experiencing and give customers honest, realistic expectations. It's far better to say, "The earliest delivery we can offer is in four weeks," than to keep making promises you can't keep and repeatedly mislead your customers.

Absolutely shocking experience! I have re-ordered replenish water for my business. I have been told that is all sorted and delivery will happen next day! Of course this never happened, so I called your customer service once again- same story promised delivery which never happened. I have raised a complaint on emails and got confirmation that my delivery will be on 22nd of June and even that failed. Called customer service once again, they have promised delivery for another day and even that failed!! What on earth is this company! Will be changing for different water provider.

Please advise our next delivery! No one back to my emails,phone calls are useless keep saying they dont have transport available and the manager will call me back. Nobody call me back, Im on the phone almost every day. This is unacceptable!! Please get in touch!

Terrible service, machine has been broken twice in last 6 months by their service engineers. First time it took 3 months to replace with a new machine and second time, no one has ever come to fix it and we have now cancelled our service. Still receiving invoices and water machine has still not been collected. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!

Since the takeover, the service has been awful. Missed deliveries & then deliveries that we don't want - I cannot get through on the phone and a complete lack of response on email leaves me no choice but to try and get through on here. I desperately need to get hold of my contract and I would like to see the cancellation terms. Please can someone get back to me ASAP

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely appalling customer service, in fact there isn’t actually anyone to talk to! I have tried calling several times and sent 4 messages, no response. Our water machine broke 3 months ago, the lady who delivers are water said she would sort it and we have heard nothing, yet been charged £50 a month since. We have tried extremely hard to contact Eden Springs and yet no response. Disgraceful!

Looks like this company has gone down the pan since the BWT take over. Cannot get through on the phone, plus no reply to my online enquiry. The water is now full of magnesium and nobody likes it.

Avoid at all costs. Since their take over there is ZERO customer service. I cancelled my contract and they just now ignore all requests to collect their machine

They have been experiencing an unusually high call volume for the entirety of our contract and so I can never reach anyone on the phone. No one responds to emails and, crucially, no one delivers any water! Just attempted to cancel the contract via their contact us page, wish me luck....

Since the move from Eden Springs to BWT, the service has been absolutely dreadful. Missed deliveries, on hold for over 30 minutes not able to get a response on the phone or via email. Got a faulty leaking cooler which no one is coming out to fix.

Trying to cancel our contract is also proving to be difficult as nobody wants to respond.

Avoid at all costs.

Since BWT take over things have gone from bad to worse.

Website not working properly (not showing orders) and when I try to call to find out when our delivery will arrive I am on hold for over 35 minutes with no sign of anyone picking up.

shocking customer service on hold for at least 45 mins every time. not had our regular delivery for over 2 months with no explanation. every time I do get to speak with someone they say it will arrive next week
