I almost kept my maiden name just to avoid all of the paperwork! Gen’s Easy Name Change made it all so straightforward and manageable and I would highly recommend.

I got on to the site in error
I got on to the site in error. I started on a government sight and ended up on this site. It had great information. Unfortunately not the info I wanted. I contacted them and got a reply straight away which was extremely impressive. They even sent me the link that I needed.
Thank You.

Sorry our service was not the government agency you expected. Glad we could help you in any case :)
Easy name change seemed like a great…
Easy name change seemed like a great idea and easy for a full time working person, however after receiving my documents, they told me for most of the places I was changing my name I had to go in person to do that. I’m not sure why it cost $70 to be told that. I didn’t get a good print out of the instructions, a checklist and some letters written for me that I will use for the places I can mail my notification to. Otherwise, it’s a bit overpriced for what I got

Sorry we could not provide more time saving forms! It really comes down to each customer's unique combination of companies and which ones have paperwork we can provide. The more forms and letters someone gets, they usually associate it with better value. Our fixed price model unfortunately did not provide the great value we like to offer. If you would like a full or part refund please contact customer service!
Genuine company
I struggled personally and found it easier to do it myself. However the company were brilliant in offering me a full refund which was done hassle free. In this case I would suggest trying it, because you have nothing to lose, as it may well work for you.

One of the best services available…
Easy Name Change is by far one of the best services available. I was so impressed by the great service and smooth process. The fee for this service is very reasonable, especially given the time consuming and tedious task at hand. I will 100% be recommending this to all my family and friends.

Timesaver
Lots of companies listed with some i didn't even think about. Still had to do some in person changes bit I guess to be expected due to privacy and security. Recommended!

Love the company list
very intuitive. It was really helpful having all the companies listed - it made me realize just how many accounts I have! I will recommend this to busy brides for sure!

Hi Sara. Thanks so much for your review! We appreciate your business!
I was expecting more from NameSwitch…
I was expecting more from NameSwitch for £30!!
The covering letter was helpful, along with some of the prepopulation of account numbers / names etc, but half of the companies I selected I did not get forms for, and some of the forms I did receive were pointless as I could have done it much quicker online!
Not quite what it says on the tin!

I work full time and don't have the flexibility of making calls or sending personal emails from work. Having everything provided for me really reduced the stress - I was expecting it to be so much harder!

So much better than I was expecting! I thought I'd just get some forms and letters - but then everything was filled out for me and I also got a bunch of emails I could just forward on! So much better than mailing off paperwork.
It was a really great price ($35) for the amount of time I would have saved. recommended for all brides!

So glad we could save you time!
Great for those of us with no time!
After spending a week turning in circles trying to figure out where to start, I purchased the kit where they print off the information and send it to me. As someone who has very limited time, it was such a relief to have everything I need delivered to me with the instructions on exactly what to do. I'm so glad that a service like this exists and makes what seems like an easy task into an actually manageable task.

So glad we could save you a day of researching forms. Thanks for using Easy Name Change!
Absolute ripoff, do not bother
The website is misleading - I was extremely surprised to receive my pack in the post as all it is is just a bunch of forms! I thought that paying for a premium service meant they would be personalised with my information, i could honestly have just printed the forms off websites and saved myself the $70 fee!
They don't even include stamps, you then have to pay to post them off!
Absolute rip off, no idea how the justify their 'premium cost'.

So sorry to hear our kits were not what you expected. As some clients have 50 letters, we can't include stamps as we would be losing money :( We would like to offer you a full refund. Please email us and we can process this for you.
Not worth the cost
It was good that they print off the letters but I thought they did the leg work with it being a "premium" service.
Basically not worth £40 as will cost you even more in postage to send all the letters off YOURSELF which is what I thought I was paying them to do.
Alot of the companies I selected are not even included in the pack I have received.
Waste of my hard earnt money :(

So sorry to hear our kits were not what you expected Sammy :(
It's much faster for our customers to send their signed letters directly to the addresses supplied, rather than send back to us so we can then send out.
The only difference between our standard and premium kit is that one is digitally delivered, the other is also printed and posted.
So sorry you had a bad experience this time.
Grest service, and such a time saver!
This company made my name change such a breeze, every company, even ones I probaby would've forgotten initially were on here...fast, easy, efficient, and saved me so much time, thanks Easy Name Change 😊
