Still have not received nothing I have paid the money they asked me me had no confirmation email and cannot login with the details they have gave me do not know if I'm being scammed as they have took money from my account but not gave me no confirmation I will wait one more day and then report this to my bank as fraud

We appeciate everyone's expereince is different. If we did not meet your expectations you can ask for a full or part refund! Some customers get many forms, some may need to call or go online for their requests. It just depends on each customer's unique combination of companies.

Hi Patricia. Our records show we communicated back and forth at least 8 times. I reset your kit 3 times at no extra charge. We also manually added your missing companies into your kit and pushed it out to you as you had trouble in understanding the service. I'm sorry to hear you think of this as unresolved - we made 4 different versions of the kit for you at no extra charge. If you can please let us know how we can improve the sevice I woud be most grateful. On the other hand, if you want a refund please let me know!

For the price I paid (75$) I was expecting more than just a generic email to be sent to customer service. Most of them just replied back asking to call . Honestly, a waste of money. Now I am doing more than what I could’ve done without paying the 75$. Some transparency could’ve been be nice.

We wish we could provide forms and letters for all companies in our database, but as our database is fully researched we only provide accurate and fact checked name change procedures for each company.
Our Free Preview allows you to see just how many companies we can provide name change instructions for. Then it's just the luck of the combination of companies you have as to how many letters and forms you receive.

Very helpful overall! The checklist was a godsend. The vast majority of information was correct. Some spelling errors and PDFs needed manual correction so double check!

I made a mistake and didn't understand what I had signed up for. It turned out that I didn't need the service, which I'm sure is very good. I told them my mistake and they graciously returned my payment without a fuss. This tells me they are reputable and very understanding. 5 stars for the excellent service and understanding.

I have mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings. Having the forms in one place was handy, but it would be extremely useful to be able to reach a live human on the phone, for certain questions. A generic list of Q&A questions and having to go out of my way trying to explain stuff in writing, is just as tedious as sourcing and researching the forms on my own.
My particular situation was not on the list, and a quick chat with a human to guide me would have made it a more worthwhile purchase.
While it is convenient to get so many forms in one place, having accessible customer service, is what would have made it a complete value.
If I were to do it again, I would save my money and track down all the forms, as I needed to call many of the places for my particular situation anyhow.
