The kit ended up not being something I could use as i needed it, but customer service was awesome: easy to contact, prompt and helpful replies, and they honoured their refund policy without hassle. I recommend them regardless of my unique situation.

Changing your name can feel overwhelming before you even begin this process, this was such a easy, helpful and prompt way to complete the process from start to finish

I had high hopes for this service as I had read the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. The most disappointing part is the lack of response from customer service and the inability to use any of the FAQ links, as they send you a unsecure website link. I have asked for a full refund. We shall see if I ever get a response.
