I almost kept my maiden name just to avoid all of the paperwork! Gen’s Easy Name Change made it all so straightforward and manageable and I would highly recommend.

12/10 excellent customer service!!!
Absolutely hands down the greatest, quickest, thorough and friendly organisation! The team members truly take the time to tailor the package you need, going above and beyond. Best value for money and could not recommend higher. Best legitimate business I've had the pleasure of speaking with in years. Back to good quality customer service! Special shoutout and appreciation to Genevieve Dennis, for expertise and restoring my faith in good Aussie companies. 12/10!!! Thank you :)

It's good, but not great
It's good, but not great. The main organisations where I had to change my name, I practically did by myself and didn't need this service. (i.e. Driver's license/Photo ID/Banks/financial institutions you'll need to physically go to a branch; ATO/Medicare you can do online/over the phone) The only useful form they sent me was for my super, but I also had to fill it up again and reprint it as they got my mobile number wrong on this form (but correct on everything else, so surely it wasn't my fault). I think if I got the basic package, it would've been slightly more worth it, but just didn't really work for me. All the details they shared about changing your name across different orgs is very easily searchable online (and some info they shared was also incorrect/outdated). Anyway, probably worth it if you're lazy, definitely not if you're organised.

I'm sorry to learn that our kit did not meet your needs. It's true that some organisations such as driver's licenses and some larger banks need you to show up in person for a name change as they want to verify your signatures. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it as they are the authority with their own rules. Our service is meant to save you from 8 hours of mindless research and provide you with everything you need ready to go. Also we regularly update our procedures accordingly to stay up to date. If you had any trouble with your mobile number, you should've contacted us as we are here to help you out. We don't want any customers to be upset for any reason, so can still provide a refund if you wish! Please contact askme@easynamechange.com for a full refund.

Hi Crumpet Moon. I am not sure if you have correctly reviewed us. We have no presence in your home country of Saudia Arabia, and our kit would not work there. I also note that your review has NOT come from our validated invitation following purchase and there are no personal details to identify your purchase.
