To achieve this objective, he undertook due diligence via his qualified tender process on the three best local real estate agents and recommended the one that ticked all the boxes on commission, marketing strategy, value-add & pricing strategy. Craig also organised sub-contractors to dress up the property. This included refurbishing the interior of the house by repainting internal walls, ceilings, and some timber paintwork.
