The best decision we made when it came to sell our home was to employ Craig Knudsen of vendormarketing. He vetted 4 Real Estate Agents and with his advice we chose the best agent in our area to deal with our home. I engaged Craig Knudsen from Vendor Marketing to sell my apartment after he had successfully sold two previous properties of mine in Surrey Hills & Sorrento. After testing the market after Covid via an Expressions of Interest campaign and not being able to uphold my price expectations, Craig protected my interests and suggested we promptly withdraw the property from the market and wait for the right time to re-market.
