Not even a 1 star this company. After months without floor or carpet on the floor i am still awaiting it to be fitted. Company can not accommodate around you. You may aswell have to take a week off work as you get a random fitting date the week after to be fitted.

I have now had two fitting dates confirmed after I have put things in place such as holiday from work and even went to lengths of family coming around while I was working yet the carpet fitting has now cancelled twice.

I will be seeking legal advice on how my money will be returned and next steps as this is not my fault. I have accommodated around the needs of your business and yet you still have failed to supply the flooring

Company was great, fast to come out when I requested it. Fitters arrived on time, they was friendly and efficient. Only thing i didn't like was they cleaned up after theirselfs yes, but when I went out later that afternoon all the rubbish was just thrown behind my bins. If they wasn't taking it away they could have just asked to put it in my bin but they didn't

Company are great , but the fitters however are an absolute joke , not only did they break my bedroom mirror and damage my skirting board and not mention it but my bedroom carpet was faulty so they said they would come the week after to replace it , it took them over 6 weeks to come back and do so and they had been agreed on 7 separate occasions that they would come out and each and every single time have made up a lie after allowing me to remove everything from my room each time , from saying they had turned up to my address when I have proof from a ring doorbell that they haven’t and I also waited in all day to saying that one of there phones died , I am still not further forward with getting a replacememt mirror for the one they broke and fitter is now blanking me over 2 months later ,this has caused endless amounts of stress and the lack of communication and empathy from there behalf is disappointing to say the least

Girls in the office have been amazing throughout! Fitters got job done within 30 mins. Very impressed ill be using to get the rest of my house done! X

Excellent experience from the online booking to the fitting, a variety of flooring was available, the flooring looks beautiful fitted, and reasonably priced, already recommended to family and the office staff were friendly. Payments for my monthly installments are affordable and look forward to rebooking for my conservatory.

Great experience from to the start .. Joe came out to measure up and explain payments options and carpets were fitted within two weeks. Friendly people would highly recommend

Great service from start to finish. Dave was very helpful in showing me the samples and i now have my dream flooring. the fitters were great. communicated very well and did a great job overall. The office were very helpful and lovely ladies.
Would recommend!

My 4th order now with Easipay. Great service lovely flooring and such an easy process. I always find that the office team are so lovely and always happy to help me.

Hi just had a reply from easypay carpets twice I waited in for them to fit a carpet and no one arrived the first time we was told that it was a fault with the names the second time we was told it was on the van and after we phoned the fitters and they did not have our carpet so I phone another company which come out this morning and sorted out our new carpet never use easy pay carpet again

Awful from first visit up until fitting. Customer service is shocking, no communication until you stop payments, rude on the phone and talked over and even hung up on at one point, when i was asking why after 2 weeks had i had no communication from my sales rep or the office in regards to a fitting date. Fitters were okay, but was very half arsed, the sides weren't pushed down properly so had to get someone else to do so. Wouldn't use again or recommend to anyone.

I would not give them 1 star, but that option is available. We had the sales rep around, we chose the carpet we wanted and asked could be fitted on a Monday, his reply was yes no problem until he went. Than it all started the office staff are rude , we can’t give you a certain day of the week by this point we are been waiting for 6 weeks oh and still paying and he had the deposit , so I asked could we please have our money back “ oh No she said we have already cut your carpet ready” for next Friday ( 8th May ) so I booked a night of work. The fitter sent us a text saying we are 3rd on the list, this was about 09:30ish so we took the old carpet up and emptied the bedroom and waited and waited by this time it was 15:30 in the afternoon, so we rang up and asked what is going on !!!!!! About 10 mins later this company rang up and said “ we are very sorry but your carpet will not be fitted today because we haven’t got it ????? So why did the fitter tell us we are 3rd on the list “ I don’t know sorry “ we can do next Friday 15th, than I asked again for my money back and again I was told No. In there terms and condition it says once a fitting date as been given, we can’t refund you. I asked for a manager to speak to me and you guessed it No Managers there we have to wait 48 working hours ( that over a week ) so at this point we haven’t got a carpet down just the floorboards and all our furniture and clothes are all over the place. So please please do Not use this company, just lies after lies

Today my rep harry came to inspect my flooring as I was experiencing black marking on my floor and with the goodness of his heart he replaced my flooring no questions asked very good service from easi pay carpets thank you 😊

I don’t even know where to start.

So you’ve botched my flooring beyond repair (the fitters did) I paid them £480 cash. The state of my flooring is an absolute abomination.

Let’s start with how Easicarpets have done NOTHING to sort this.

I sent evidence of chips in the floor, I have MANY more photos of the rest of the issues and damage. All time and date stamped in case you try say these weren’t from the fitters. Please note the house was EMPTY new build not sure how they can cause so much damage in an empty home it’s truly astonishing.

You have CANCELLED someone to rectify the flooring TWICE!!!!!!! And now the fitter was meant to come today and guess what no show?!!! His phone isn’t even switched on.

I’m absolutely done with this company, you’re an absolute embarrassment. I have remained calm, understanding and reasonable throughout this absolute horrific experience however I’ve now had enough.

You have failed to provide me with the goods and services I have paid for I have paid £610 deposit and £480 fitting fee.

I now request a refund of all funds sent to your company to I can get a new company to rip of your shocking work and replace with correctly fitted flooring.

If I don’t hear back from you I will be contacting consumer rights as you have breach your duty to try rectify this within a reasonable time frame. I had my floors fitted in March we are now in May, what in the world is that about?

I expect a full refund and if you want your crap flooring back please come take it, I don’t want it I’m sure you’ll “send someone” probably in 2028 to collect it.
