My 11 yr old daughter spent her pocket money on a new phone case. We were told delivery of 2/3 days but its been 2 weeks now and still nothing. I doubt we'll even get the item. Unfortunately I hadn't check the reviews for this company beforehand. Certainly wouldn't use again. Avoid!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would.

Mislead right from the start. 0 communication. No items to show for month long dispute over when my orders were “arriving” and being told they were made and “on the way” yet, still nothing. I have had a few orders from them before but that took a lot to get them and after this time around, I’m VERY surprised I even got those.

I went through Etsy for one order, where they only answer messages when it suits and they claim they “can’t keep up” with emails. I don’t know why they have a business in all honesty because from what I can see, they fail to forfill what their job actually involves. Clearly all the “good” reviews they claim to have are made up as from what I can see, everyone is mostly unhappy with them.

What a horrible and terrible company. Never using them again and I would strongly recommend everyone else stays away also. Unless you want to be fed a pack of lies and have nothing to show for it at the end.

I have paid extra for shipping and shipping protection.
I’ve following up daily on an update on the wrapping paper delivery for my son’s birthday.
No one responds, no contact number and not confirmation of shipment.

This was for a sentimental birthday and it’s been ruined it’s so sad knowing a company can work like this and take no accountability how hurtful it can be to ruin someone’s big day.

It take a very heartless person to create a company that does not fulfil orders and but steals money from customers.

I will be reporting for fraud.

Case ordered for mobile on the basis of really good experiences in the past. I find it hard to believe I am dealing with the same company.

This latest case is just a cheap looking piece of plastic with the”personalised” picture stuck on. I cannot comment on whether it would provide any protection, and I am not willing to test it. This one is headed for the bin.

I made a complaint about the flaws & was fobbed off at first, yadda yadda no refund blah blah, stood up for myself politely, flaws were acknowledged free replacements offered. Still waiting....

Delivery 3 days late.

Wrapping paper looks nothing like the pictures at all.

Balloon arch is completely missing from the order!

So i’ve spent the best part of £60 on low quality wrapping paper with an incomplete order. Great!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered wrapping paper on 07/08 it’s now 19/08 and not received sent 3 emails and no reply. I am ringing the bank today to hopefully receive my money back.

I placed my order on 16th July. So far not recieved any phone case. Still just showing as order confirmed. Have been contacting Dyefor since i placed the order via customer support & email (as i had an issue with the personalised name). Never had a reply. There is no tel no for this company. I have had to contact my bank and as you have to allow 15 working days i have been advised to call them back Friday to take it forward as a dispute. So my recommendation is Avoid and do not shop with Dyefor unless you want a headache sorting it out & getting your money back. I appreciate it's a small company but theres no excuse for bad customer support. Purchased from them about 18mths ago and there was no issues from order to despatch it was 4 days. Seems theres a big issue with the company now.

Do not go anywhere near this company. Since ordering from them I have only received 2 out of the 4 items I paid for which unusually arrived separately. I have since been chasing my outstanding items and, following a total of 6 emails have never received so much as a response from them, not even a confirmation that my email was received. I am still missing my items from my order and there is no other way to communicate with them, no phone number, WhatsApp etc. I am now at a loss so if you are thinkingbif placing an order with them DON'T you will end up out of pocket

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a personalised phone case and paid for 48hr tracked delivery: after no order updates I contacted them to query my order. 4 days later I had a response saying there had been staff shortages and my order would be with me by the end of the week. Which it wasn’t… I requested for a full refund. Avoid at all costs, reading the other reviews it seems this is how they operate!!

Placed an order 2/7/26 as webpage stand would be dispatched in 1-2 days and 48hour delivery, great as daughters 21st on 12th July. I received a delivery today being the 13th July so not only is it late, no personalised banner included either. Why advertise something that you can’t achieve?? Sent emails and message on instagram and no reply back. This company is a fast!

I ordered a personalised phone case on 30th June for my granddaughters birthday 8th July
Hadn’t heard anything or received by the 6th so emailed then heard back a day later to say sorry there has been staff sickness but if you still want case we can get it to you end of week which was In 2 days replied yes please and because of the inconvenience could they send it special delivery so I would definitely get it by the next day still no phone case and no reply to 2 more emails sent we are now 2 weeks after order and still no case update 17th July still no phone case received email 14th July
From Henry to say its down to product delays but would be shipping this week no case still and no response to my email

Ordered an item on the 2nd July, paid for 24 tracked delivery. No updates since. Tried emailing twice and facebook twice. No reply.

Had to initiate a chargeback with credit card company.

COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!!!! Owner (Henry James PECKETT) is director on multiple companies. Sounds like a proper scammer!!!!

I ordered personalised wrapping paper, I have received this, it is bent and folded all over and has marks over it.
I have emailed multiple times last week as required the paper asap however still no response for customer service support!

I placed an order for a phone case on the 25th June, it is now the 3rd July, I got told in my original order confirmation it would arrive in 2-3 days, I emailed on 1st July to see if anyone could clear up where my order was and I’ve had no response so have had to email again, waiting for a response still, if it does not come soon or I don’t hear back by the 6th July I am going to have to request a refund as £20 for a phone case to not arrive makes me quite a lot out of pocket. I’m really unhappy with the customer service.

I ordered some custom wrapping paper for a charity event celebrating the life of my best friend. I left it quite last minute and was quite worried I wouldn't receive it on time. I shouldn't have worried. They had it to me super quick. Whilst it may seem a trivial thing it was important to me so I really appreciate their prompt delivery. Thanks!!

Ordered a personalised banner on 22nd April and paid extra for Royal Mail 24, expecting a prompt turnaround. It’s now 27/04 and there have been no updates at all and no delivery. The party has already passed, making the order pointless.

The delivery section stated 1–2 days for printing, but there has been no communication about delays, no dispatch confirmation, and no way to track progress. Very disappointing service, especially after paying for faster postage.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Suitcase falling to pieces after one trip on a short haul flight. The casing around the zip has split. Been in touch with customer services and they are not interested. £150 for a case that has fell apart on its first outing had to purchase a strap to hold it together at the airport please think twice before you buy a suitcase from this company as you are throwing your money down the drain. I have footage of the damage which I will be forwarding onto the relevant authorities to claim compensation.

Bought a suitcase which took ages for them to send , had to contact them twice . On the very first use the case cracked and we cannot use it again lost £150 . We contacted them and were basically told not their problem. We understand luggage gets damaged but we travel a lot and have never had a case cracked on the first use the quality is appalling. Please take note of this review as I promise you will be wasting your money .
